I hired them s company when ******* family ************* to safely move our belongings to a storage facility back in 2017. They took advantage of ******* kids by stealing a box full of clothes & another one with the kids clothes, sneakers and winter coat. I should have know better than to trust Sunny Movers. Even my sons graduation ring wind up missing from the box that had all my clothes. I went to see if I spoke to the owner *** & the business was in an apartment or condos address. After that I called the ********** wasnt helpful at all. I asked him why his business was being ran out of a ********* really had no answer. I explained to him why happen with my clothing & the kids ********** kept denying that his workers wouldnt do that. I asked where did the boxes go & he had no answer for me. I asked him to meet up with me so we can talk & he acted scared like kind of guilty you can say. Then I also asked him why his company didnt number the boxes like other companies do & he again didnt have an answer. When we first moved to ********** the company we used was called FLATRATE & they numbered all the boxes to keep track. I shouldve known better than to trust them. My kids didnt have shoes or clothes for a few months because of their negligence. Like I said. If youre a reputable company youd want to resolve any issues you had with a customer. *** didnt try his ********** a shame. He didnt even try to get back to me at all to see why he could have done to help the situation. I was heartbroken to know that all them things wind up missing. I had brand new shoes that wind up gone because of Sunny Movers horrible service. Very careless company & I dont know how they were doing business at all.
