Hi, in December 2022 There was something wrong with my car early morning when I was taking my kids to school. The engine was very loud and the car was shaking. When I took the car in to Buick Elk Grove. It was determined that there was rodent damage. I got the run around for 2-3 months my car was with Buick for that long..:Once it was ready for pick upI noticed the engine kept stalling to turn on. Afraid of my car being in the dealership for another 2-3 months.I decided to take it it to dodge since my car is a dodge Durango and dodge can specialize in dodges .They told me that Buick did NOTHING for the car. That they just placed tape in random places.Dodge did fix my car much better and it was able to run but still had the stalling issues from ********* now .So this month January 2025. I took it to Buick again. They told me it was a battery issue and ground cable was chewed off . But that its fixed so I went to pick it up 01/27/25 and paid my $250 deductible. But the same EXACT day the same stalling engine.Nothing was fixed! I brought the car back 01/28/25 now theyre saying its a fuel pump issue. And itll be another $200 deductible and $1900 to ****** just done with the run around. This car has been having more issues than me actually enjoying my car.

My car's been in the shop for the last year and they fix my head gasket. And I had to spend about thirty nine hundred dollars on repairs that my warranty did not cover even though they should did.I pick that on the contract and I didn't know there was a contract for it. But as soon as I got my vehicle back from the shop, my AC smelled like fuel, so I turned it back in. They said that oh, we don't smell anything or find anything. What's going on with it? Drove around for 2 months with that smell. Went in and a determine that there was nothing going on.I had to spend a lot of 2 hundred thirty dollars. Now my car in the shop it's ********, g and Ste. as of right now. They repaired my fuel injections, but did not fix the problem, and they're charging me the service fee. The parts fee and the dynastic. Even though it was not my mistake and they are denying me bye back, they're denying ***** even look into my vehicle. Besides putting new parts in. And does not provide me a rental car. Even though my car has been in the shop for most of this year. I need some help. Can you help me?

On August 5, 2024, I signed for a *********************** the financed amount of $50,390.26. The Elk Grove Buick GMC approved the contract with my intentions to use it for commercial purposes, specifically to register it under a TCP license for **** Black and other black car services. After a month, I found out that the vehicle was unapproved for commercial registration, and now I am unable to meet my intended financial obligations. The core issue in my case is the dealerships failure to properly handle the commercial registration for the vehicle, despite my clear and repeated communication of its intended use for **** Black services. This negligence has led to significant financial hardship and has left me grounds for my claims of negligence, misrepresentation, and potential breach of contract. Every problem Im facing now stems from this oversight, which has left me unable to operate the vehicle as planned and burdened with a loan that doesnt align with my business needs. For a full explanation of my claims and supporting evidence, please refer to the uploaded PDF, which contains all the relevant documents and details of the case.

The dealer presented an advertised a price both online at both Autotrader and the dealer web site of $29,900 on 2/9/2024. I made an appointment to visit the dealer on 2/10/2024. Upon arrival, I was told by the manager that the "real price" was $33,900 and they refused to honor their advertised price. The business did has not attempted to resolve the issue.

The change oil light came on the week after we bought our truck I called our sales guy super nice & helpful he told me to take it in to a shop closer to us since we live 3 hours away from the dealership and send him the invoice and they will cover it, he said our truck was outsourced so they had no record of it, next! TheBrake pad monitor light came on I contacted my sales guy he said it's probably time for breaks ok it is a used vehicle so I take it in to a shop just to find out that the truck had warped roaters and had hot spots and had no oil in the pins the shop said the rear breaks where scary and dangerous. I had the shop send all ************** to dealership and they said the truck still had good break pads and it was fine I told them I'm not concerned about the pads I'm concerned about the major issues that could have failed. All I was asking was for them to cover the repairs but now I want to take it to another dealership for a full inspection to make sure there's nothing else wrong with the truck. Since they failed to do a fill inspection before selling that vehicle.

Took vehicle in for repairs and they installed a part that did not fix the problem. I told them to put my old part back in and I was willing to pay the labor but not for the part. I have been dealing with their GMC management with no resolve. I told them I would not pick up the vehicle until this was resolved and now they are going to start charging me a storage fee until I pick up the vehicle and pay them the full amount for parts.

Purchased 2014 Cadillac Escalade in April 2022 - VIN#*****************. License plate #*******. Car has had electrical shortage issues in the navigation screen ever since purchasing. The navigation screen flickers, switches between apps simultaneously and isnt responsive to finger touch as advertised. I have taken the car to the dealership 4 times within the 90 day dealership warranty. Those dates were April 25, 2022; May 26, 2022; September 3, 2022; and September 24, 2022. However, the problem hasnt been resolved. This has also caused the car ignition start up to start slowly. The battery has been checked and is fully charged and working properly. The ignition, alternator and transmission are all working properly in good condition. I believe the dealership sold me a Lemon vehicle. The initial CarFax report didnt disclose any mechanical or electrical issues. I paid a $6000 downpayment and have paid $15,999.98 so far. My monthly car payment is $999.98. This car isnt safe to drive and I am seeking a financial settlement of $20,000 and for the dealership to take back the car without a negative ding on my credit report and no voluntary repossession listed on my credit report.

I saw an add for brakes on the dealers website on 6/12/2023 and made an appointment for front brakes and to have the recalls on the vehicle done. Instead of the $194. from the ad, they said the brakes were $459.00 and there were no recalls on the car. When we got home, I dug out 3 recall notices and pulled up their website that showed the $194 for the brakes, and called the dealership back. They told us that yes, there are recalls and the ad is just for labor not for the parts. No where does it state labor only. That is false advertising.

I purchased a pre-owned 2015 ***** CR-Z with ****** miles on it from Elk Grove Buick GMC on 10/04/2021. When they were selling me the car they sold me a 3-year warranty. The salesperson touted 3-year warranty bumper to bumper the warranty costs $2,000. I continued with the sale and was sold on the 3-year warranty. At this point ** talking to the finance guy. Mentioned again the 3-year warranty. Not once has anyone brung up mileage. This 3-year warranty is a warranty with/through AUL Service Contracts. I purchased the car. Time has past; it is now December 2022. Check engine light is on, I am unable to drive the vehicle. I contact AUL Service contacts and get my vehicle checked out. They accept and tow my vehicle to ********** in **************** ***** diagnosis is it, there are multiple issues. ********** contacts me the new and informs me my service contract is expired due to mileage. The odometer reads ******* miles and some change. Cost of the repair; $2,000+. At this point I attempt to contact Elk Grove Buick GMCs finance department. I called and left a message multiple time, no call back. I call a few days after, at this point I had to repetitively call to get the finance person to answer. They tell me theyll give me a call back. The service department calls me, I explain the situation but they cant do anything; warranty is not through the dealership. I express my frustrations and they agree. Its currently March and I have not tended to this issue. In this new year my career and family have been my top priority. Fortunately I am able to get around by my own means. How do I want this resolved? If I could resign a reasonable contract. Extended the mileage to 1****** and keep it 3 years from purchase date. I just want the car fixed. Or the money for the warranty. So I can then pay it to get the car repaired. I do feel Ive been wronged but, I hate to admit, I did sign it. If you can help, great. If not, I understand. Professionally, ****************
