    I reached for a quote, details hammered out April 2022, payment made May 2022. I still do not have my garage door April 2023.This business does not answer their phone. Call 5 times maybe get one answer. If they tell you they will follow up call you it is a lie. I have had to follow up at every turn. They finally setup a March 2023 delivery which was cancelled for rain. Ok. Setup April 7th. They said they'd call to confirm, they didn't. I call no answer. I email and they "just reached out" to their installer and they're sick so they are pushing it back again to Apr 25th now. They offered a $300 discount and "we'll do everything in our power to get this in on that day." You only have one installer? I am fed up. For reference, my original ETA when they sold me this door was Aug/Sept 2022.

    We're sorry the inconvenience you are experiencing due to the order delay and lack of communication regarding your door installation. The long process of production combined with a labor shortage has been a challenge for our company and other companies in the construction industry.  We are active in training qualified people in the office and in the field. Despite this we are confident we can deliver on our newly scheduled installation date. We understand that communication is essential to a positive customer experience which is why we are taking steps to improve our communication process.  We apologize for any confusion or frustration that arose with our communication.  We look forward to delivering and installing your order soon and we are available for any additional questions or concerns.
