      I purchased a zuza baby swing it doesnt work. I contacted the manufacturer they still havent been able to help me. I contacted buy buy baby and because I didnt have the original box they refuse to take it back. I bought it on Dec 15. Didnt get it until the end of December. My son put it together and threw away the box before the baby came. The baby is here and it wont work. The manufacturer has elevated it to another department and they havent been able to help me. Now buy buy baby wont take it back. This is wrong. I have proof I purchased it from them they should honor its return. I would like a full refund of the ***** I spent on it.

      I had a baby registry with Buy Buy Baby and needed to make returns. I made a couple returns and all was well with the system BuyBuyBaby uses called my funds. I then made a return of a ***** baby bouncer, which they said Id be refunded ***** for but never was. They continued to say we have refunded you to your my funds. Well I never got the confirmation email return (with prior returns I had) and also knew how much I had in my my funds from prior returns and I KNEW I wasnt given the *****. Unfortunately I still had 2 other returns I needed to make as the Graco high chair was defective/safety risk and the ****** Price diaper bag we got double off. Knowing what happen with the baby bouncer I took screen shots of my my funds to have proof of what my balance was PRIOR to my returns because ** also not able to see transactions posted to my my funds one rep said my account must have a glitch. After my returns were received by Buy Buy Baby I called about a week later and the representative tried telling me weve already credited you to my funds. I told her absolutely not, do the math its simple to see if I havent been refunded the *****, ****** and ***** I was due to receive. My balance in my my funds is money from returns I made months ago not for the current 3 returns! Buy Buy Baby just continues to say these 3 refunds have been refunded when it has not! And I have screen shots/tracking to prove what my balance was prior to returns AND that they received the 3 items! This has been going on for days/weeks. Each rep sympathizes with me and promises someone will call me within 24/48 hours and claim they have opened a claim yet no one has reached out to me. This is about $240 in returns that no one seems to know where the money is. Its not posted to my funds its so unethical that they can just say its been refunded when its clear it has not been! Especially since I got no return confirmation email for ALL 3! Who got the refunds since I didnt?

      Paid $699.99+ $25 parcel surcharge and $45.50 tax for Babyletto Kiwi Glider Recliner in Grey on 12/5/22. Did not arrive by quoted date. Contacted ***** ******* which stated item shipped but was returned to warehouse on 12/12/22 in error due to unidentified shipping exception. ****. ******* validated that provided shipping address was full/complete/in-good-order. In 3+ WEEKS since, spent 6+ HOURS on 5 SEPARATE chats/calls with ****. *******, assured item would be re-sent at their expense many times. Baby has arrived and my POOR, TIRED WIFE is breastfeeding at all hours in great discomfort without this item, which 1) OB/GYN recommended and 2) should have been delivered WEEKS before our baby was born.       I placed an order on Buybuybaby website on 10/16/2022.The stroller was over $600,and I get $ 200 bonus in my wallet.The bonus expires on 01/2023.But after I placed the order,I can not login in my account any more. It always reminded me to change my password every time I logged in, but it never allowed me to access the account. I called their numerous times and contacted customer service in order to spend fund in my wallet. But each time they told me they had to wait three days for the tech department to fix it. They submitted many tickets but no one contacted me back.I can't count how many times I called customer service in two months. But all I can do is waiting my money expire and cant use it. Today I called customer service again, she said she was the supervisor but her attitude was very rude, she yelled me. I think this is a business fraud, if they dont allow customer to spend the bonus in wallet then they shouldnt encourage us to buy over $600 and give us a FAKE fund.because I can't log in this account, so I created a new account, but they refused to transfer my money to the new account or even help me place an order online. How do I get my money back?Im very tired of keep contacting me for the same reply.

      I purchased items from the company during the Black Friday sale and was promised to receive $200 for the purchases I made 2 days after I received the items. Ive been contacting with buybuy baby for many hours for the past month and every time their representative promise that the money will be in my account within ***** hours. I have never receive the money and spent many hours dealing with their costumer support. At that point, buybuy baby has not fill their Side in the agreement.

      I made two transactions during a promo period. Each should have come with reward dollars effective 12/1. To date, I have none. Order BAB7199692164 ($275)Order BAB7199445228 ($340)Ive reached out to buybuybaby three times. The first was to confirm Id get the rewards for my first order - and it was. Confirmed I was. The second was because as of 12/1 I had no rewards. I was told theyd be loading to my account within 48 hours but wasnt told of how much. The third, again on 12/1, was to confirm Id get $150 per the promo code rules and I was told I would not because it was only 1 reward per account. Ive read the rules many times and that is not the rule. I asked for the verbiage of the rules that indicate that and was given verbiage on spending the rewards, but not accumulating. I should have $150 of reward dollars available 12/1 and at minimum 12/3 but to date have nothing. Sales are ending. Id like $150 in reward dollars in my account ASAP per the promo.

      On November.25th 2022, I was logged onto the BuyBuyBaby website that was advertising 40% off The ***** Wearable Breast Pumps.I noticed it stated For selected items, so I clicked on the items it suggested and it showed none of them for 40% off, they were all actually 25% off. I contacted customer care for assistance on placing the order at 9:53pm, I explained the issues and by 11:16pm the customer service rep said that there was nothing that could be done as the deal has ended. This was a daily deal which shouldve ended at 11:58pm.I was advised at 11:06 pm by the rep that she was able to process the order for 40% off earlier in the day, but insisted I wait on hold until the advertised was removed from the website completely. This, in my opinion, Id a bait and switch tactic which is a clear violation of the **** Buybuybaby should honor their advertised pricing.

      I purchased a car seat for my daughter about a year or so ago (and we just bought the same one for my son) and the other day the headpiece completely fell apart. My daughter had simply placed her hand there to use the headrest to pull herself up into the car seat so minimal force was used. I contacted Buy Buy Baby who sold us the car seat and they said they couldnt do anything since the warranty was up. Even though I told them its a safety issue and they should be held accountable for selling a faulty product. I left the store with no resolution. I called Buy Buy Baby to complain and explained that I am not the only one who has had this issue, upon looking at the reviews further I noticed 10+ reviews of the headpiece falling apart. Buy Buy Baby and Chicco are knowingly selling an unsafe car seat and they refused to do anything about it. I spoke to Chicco as well and while they are sending a new car seat that i dont want because its unsafe, they also lied and said my issue was isolated but I now have proof it is not.

      My order number from buy buy baby is BAB7182251434 this is the worst experience I had with a company same day delivery the person who drop off my box which was 3rd party door dash they brought me a empty box like if they tampered with it took out my item and gave me the box i been trying to message buy buy baby no solution for 3 days already first the rep I didn't received my item with the first ticket they open but i never said I never received i said my box was open it was tamper With nothing inside they stoled my item rhey dont want to help me the worst company to buy items from!!!! They dont want to giv eme a refund
