    REE Medical gives misleading information to veterans about raising your disability rating by paying their price and attending a doctor that is in their network network and the *** is filled out by REE Medical and the veteran submits the *** and claim. The fact of the matter is, the ********************** will not use this information and schedules you to see the VA doctor to make a determination of your disability. The practice is misleading that there examination has some pull or determination, when you the veteran will wind up seeing the VA doctor and flushing the amount you paid REE Medical down the toilet because at the end of the day, all you the veteran had to do was submit a request for seeking an increase in your disability rating which will cost the veteran zero. This is a misleading practice that should be looked into and hopefully can be stopped before more veterans are taken advantage of.

    Paid $3400 for assistance with a VA claim. Paid for expedited service. Have not heard a word from the company or point of contact in over 30 days. Expedited service was suppose to be within 45 days.

    I contacted ree to get help for increasing my VA disability rating for thyroid issues and i was told they would gladly help and seemed very confident. They said i had to make a payment before starting, so i did. After. I was contacted by a worker and was told that they could only help me with increasing different disabilities than what i had first agreed on. That it was the only way they could help me, and so feeling i had no other option i agreed. Once i started the process it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone regarding questions i had pertaining to the claim. Anytime i would call to get a hold of my navigator i was told that they were no longer working for the company and that they had to assign me a different one. It happened about three times. And so if i needed any info regarding my claim i had to talk to random employees i could get a hold of. Once i submitted my dbqs to the VA i was scheduled for a second c&p exam. I called ree to get guidance but since i did not have a navigator, the operators could only say that they would leave a message & that ree would get back to me within 2-3 business days. 2 weeks passed and i never received the phone call, even after trying multiple times and asking for managers. I was then to attend the c&p in 2 days but was unable to get in contact with a representative and so i didn't attend. I was under the impression that i already had a **** in place and the VA would use that. I then received a letter from the VA denying my claim for not going to the C&P and the **** i had submitted were not used as evidence. I contacted ree to see whats next and was told to get a consult from a law firm thats asking for money AND a huge chunk of back pay. I was not going to write this review until i added the percentages that aligned with the disabilities that ree was helping me increase and found out it wouldnt grant me a higher evaluation anyways. I feel scammed out of what was a huge sacrifice for me. Hope this warns vets.

    **** convinced to spend my hard earned money to try to get my benefits raised to 100% from the **. Currently at 90%. Spent many hours answering detailed worksheets and evaluation forms. Took months before actually getting to see a medical person. I explained throughout the beginning of the process that one of the areas they were attempting to raise was already maxed out. Still they insisted in trying to support getting a higher rating. Nope didn't happen. They completely missed out on bilateral conditions, since both knees and both shoulders are bad. NOT one mention in the *** letters mention that. Again, paid thousands of dollars and NOTHING. Almost 1 year later and the ** notified me today of no rating change. I have lost another year to this process. I am not sure they listen to us, the veterans, and really only want the upfront payments.

    I hired REE Medical to assist with my VA disability claim based on positive reviews from fellow veterans. The company offers two payment options: a one-time payment or a six-month installment plan. I chose the six-month plan to help manage the high cost. However, I was unaware that REE Medical does not begin working on a case until the full amount is paid, which means my file remains untouched for up to six ********* far, I have paid $1,290, yet no work has been done on my case. After calling customer service multiple times regarding the delays, I was told that if I paid the full amount upfront and an additional $500, they would expedite my file within 45 days. Had I known this, I would have negotiated a better rate and paid in full from the start to receive proper service.Additionally, I have submitted all required documents to REE Medical, yet they refuse to accept my Intent to File form from the VA, claiming it is too old. My attorney strongly advises against submitting a new one, as doing so would negatively impact my VA appeal process. REE Medical is not submitting documents directly to the VA, so this form should not even be a factor. It appears they are using this as a stalling tactic.I hope REE Medical reconsiders its approach and provides fair customer service regardless of payment method. At the very least, they should clearly disclose their payment policy upfront so veterans can make informed decisions.

    I am owed a refund for services not rendered. I paid for expedited service and assistance for two claims. Only one was provided. I spoke with several employees and at least two supervisors and a ** employee who made contact with me because they had concerns about their contractor. I cooperated with them and they ALL agreed that initially I deserved a refund. Then they offered to reschedule my appointment. Then we were back to the refund when they could not find a contractor within my state, then nothing. Ive made numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the issue to no avail. Ive emailed and called and texted and nothing. They advised I would no longer receive the expedited fee, the referral fee (I regretfully referred someone) nor have I received a refund on services they did not render. They took payment but did not fulfill their contractual obligation. And when you question them about the refund policy or time frames for expedited services they run a lot of hypotheticals but never give you an answer. When I finally got a half an answer it was conveniently past even though I had requested a refund and answer well in advance. Their policy and sales tactics are deceptive and ambiguous and they did not deliver on what I PAID for. I spent $4k on assistance and got half of what I was promised.

    While I have no objection to Ree medical refunding me my expedited fee, referral fee, and the fee for the second claim, they have yet to reach out to me to do so.     I believe this company has scammed me and I urge other Veterans to not pay for their "services". After paying to use their doctors for disability screening, I haven't been scheduled for a single appointment, and it is approaching my 1 year cut off on a VA intent to file. In addition, I cannot even get a call back from the company or from my initial point of contact. When you call their company number, you'll get transferred to a call center and the operator can only forward a message to the company. For the past 3 weeks, I have been calling only to be told that a supervisor will call me back or that I'll hear from someone in 2 days, but they never call back. I would like to speak to someone and determine what work/services, if any, has been done in the past 10 months since this process was started.

    US Veterans Beware.REE responsive only up until the point of giving them $$.Afterwards, the Representatives would not return phone calls.Highly, Highly recommend Avoiding this supposed organization...called for help on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and unless I kept calling and calling and calling and calling, may have Never heard from this Organization. Up front, they took $2995.After expressing my sheer and utter frustration, REE will return $$ except for $350 which can only blame Myself for being gullible someone would actually be of assistance to help navigate the maze that is VA claims. Stay Far away otherwise at the Very least, they will Not refund $350 of the $2,995.Very good scam on their part.Obtain the $$ from Veterans and be unresponsive for Days. No need to ever respond back because at the very least they are $250 per Victim of their scam. Need a.$2995 Full Refund

    I filed BBB Warning after receiving a 30 Nov 2024, ** Disability Decision. REE Medical Expressed interest in rectifying any wrongdoing. A call was made shortly afterwards from ******* the Representative. who said that REE Medical goal is to deliver comprehensive medical evaluations addressing denied disability claims by improving Veterans chances for favorable disability ratings. The 20 Nov 2024 VA decision addressed three service-connected medical conditions affecting my disability rating. REE Medical delivered a medical evaluation for two of the three disability conditions for a rating increase. The REE Medical DBQs/Doctor Examination had no impact whatsoever. A Supplemental Claim with cervical spine degenerative joint disease evidence rejected by REE Medical was submitted to the VA. The ** has assessed this evidence as relevant and therefore ordered a second evaluation. The ** agreed that the **** previous documentation was substandard and failed to follow specific VA guidelines. Specifically, REE Medical failed to take into account the entire ********************** history affecting the service-connected back and neck injury. Results: The two service-connected conditions that relied on REE Medical evaluations decreased from 40% to 30% and 0% to 0% respectfully. REE Medical operations is contrary to their Ethical Conduct. They falsely claim that they prioritize ethical practices. They claim that their goal is to ****** a culture of teamwork and accountability in upholding ethical standards. Finally, by upholding the highest ethical standards, REE Medical Sets the Standard for Compliance. REE Medical appears to be only interested in the bottom-line; profit over the care of its clients,

    The end of September 2024 I was searching for assistance with increasing my disability rating from 90 to 100%. I came across Ree Medical and was contacted by ****** ***** who would become my coordinator. I was provided information and pricing for their services and immediately informed my coordinator this was something I could not afford and thanked him for reaching out. Everyday I was contacted by him stating how he can reduce the cost. He sent a document for me to sign that required no downpayment for six months or basically until after I had submitted my case to VA for my rating increase. I continued to receive these docusign emails from my coordinator and thought maybe I filled it out incorrectly or or was incomplete. Finally I contacted him asking why Im receiving multiple documents and he apologized and said I wouldnt receive anything further. Fast forward to December and I receive an invoice for $4495 instead of $2895 from *** in the finance department. I immediately responded that this was not the amount I agreed to pay on the contract I signed. Her response was I didnt pay a down payment so this is the new invoice. I sent her all the invoices I been sent and also informed her how harassed I felt by my coordinator to docusign those contracts and at the end of the day had no idea what I signed, what was correct and what I was agreeing to. Im still waiting on a response and I requested she pull the phone calls because my coordinator never advise there was a $2000 difference depending on if I pay a down payment or deferred payment. I told him upfront what my financial situation was and he claimed to have waived the need cut down payment.
