    I thought I buying KetoMax Vitamins for $70, my card was charged $299. I tried calling the company and got a voice mail and was asked to leave a message. Voice mail is for Keto Max Labs. No call back has been received. I tried emailing customer service and the email was received but then was blocked by customer service.

    Have e-mailed x 3 - no response. Signed up for one shipment (6 month supply) which does not work at all. wanted to return as they advertise 60 day guarantee.     I was trying to purchase ******************************* Keto Gummies. I was taken to a website where I purchased 3 Bottles of Keto Max ACV Gummies believing this was the item from ***************************. After receiving the 3 Bottles and using the 2 gummy dose ech evening at 9 PM for over 30 days, I hadn't lost any weight. I started Checking out the Scams *************************** posted as being scams. Keto Max ACV was one of the scams. I tired calling the phone number on activity transaction list on my US Bank Card Website. The recording gave a non descriptive short message and disconnected. I tried several days and time to contact the Company. The Phone number was list as a Florida number. When I received the package, it came from ******************************************.

    Unauthorized use of my credit card. I bought two bottles at a one time fee of $149. I examined the website to look for subscription. No wgmgere did it talk about for $149 for two bottles I woukd be subscribed. I was sent another bill for $139. No products came. No valid phone number. I want my $139 back.

    On 4.22.2024 ordered Keto cut + ACV weight loss gummies. (6 bottles @60 doses each).Order was processed on 4/25/2034 and received on or about 4/30/2024. After 2nd day wife and I had stomach cramps, Nausea, and light diarrhea. Agreed we would not order any more as we were already stuck with 5 bottles at a cost of $259.65. On 5/23/2024 received notice they were shipping 6 more bottles on one order and 6 more bottles as a separate shipment on the same order. On 5/23.2024 we notified ketomaxperformance.com by email that we wanted to cancel this and all future orders. Also on 5/23/2024 ketomaxperformance.com advised subscription was cancelled but current order could not be cancelled. Ketomaxperformance.com shipped order almost 24 hours after we requested cancellation and refused to issue a return authorization. Current order # ***** shipped on **** tracking number 9434611105500128258812.Company offered a $30 discount which we found completely unacceptable. We are requesting a full refund as these gummies are making us sick.

    I sent this company an email April 22nd to cancel the order. They are now double charging me on May 22nd for items I did not order. I have emailed the company, they said they will cancel but still charge me. I tried calling but the keep disconnecting the phone.

    I ordered 6 bottles of these Keto gummies. A few weeks later they send an additional 6 bottles. They charged my credit card. I did not order this second set of gummies nor did I agree to any additional deliveries. No answer at the contact number

    I was sent a package of keto gummys that I did not order. Ive been trying to call them, but it says the phone is constantly busy. I would like a full refund. I dont even know what they charge me.

    I ordered Keto max science. I received Max ******* BHB. I emailed the company and was told that BHB is the same with new updated product and labels. There is nothing on the labeling that says **** how can it be updated and not even have KETO on any of the label. Was told I can send the product back and pay a $5.95 per bottle restocking fee or take a 50% refund. This product is suppose to be money back guarantee!! I asked for a refund. I want a full refund.

    I ordered 6 bottles of this product in April and received them and paid for them on my ***** IN May I received 6 more bottles I did not order and was charged another ****** on my ***** I contacted the company and asked them to discontinue sending the product and the credit my account. They did not do that. Now again today they are saying they are going to deliver another package and my **** has already been charged another ******. I would like this to stop and my account to be credited. I will return both of the last 2 packages as soon as possible. I hope you can help me or at least point me in the right direction. ***********************
