Our dogs LOVE the food. Very easy to use and they eat every bite! One of our dogs has a skin condition and we are watching to see if this food helps with that. Regardless, they love it and are thriving.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

My dogs love the food. The problem is getting it delivered. The order processing and shipping is very unreliable and inconsistent. I have a monthly subscription. The delivery changes every month. I keep running out of food. It is beyond frustrating!Ultimate Pet Nutrition

This food is expensive so you expect it to be a good and consistent product. My second order of dog food the bag was the same but the kibble inside was a different color, texture, and smell. My dog did not want to eat it and it made him sick when he did. They refunded me right away so I decided to order again. Next order of dog food was great, looked just as advertised on their website. So I got their car food. First order was great, my cat loves it! Second order was the same bag but the kibble was a different color, texture, and smell. My cat wont touch it even after a day hunger strike. This company wont give me a paid shipping label to return this bunk order or cat food. I will be out $20 because they sent me different looking food my cat wont eat. I no longer trust this company. Wouldnt be surprised if it made my cat sick if he did eat it.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

Hello *** Staff Members, I started my one year old longhair, Chihuahua, Secret ***** on Ultimate Pet Nutrition Complete ( Beef ) @ the end of July, 2023. Previously, I had her on Sundays For Dogs, Chicken dog food, she ate it for a *************** touch it again. I changed to Sundays Beef dog food. After a@ a week, she was having very loose stools, almost diarrhea. I called Sundays. I was told, its because their Beef dog food is high in fat content. That the loose / diarrhea stools would only last for two months!!! WHAT - TWO MONTHS!! Allowing, Secret, to be in that discomfort & dealing with that unsanitary problem for months was NOT an option for me. I saw another commercial for Ultimate Pet Nutrition Complete. The add stated that ***s Beef dog food is 95% lean Beef. That sounded much better, I ordered the *** Complete Beef dog food, for a three month regular subscription. I gave her raw blended pumpkin for @ a week with her old kibble food until the *** Beef dog food arrived. Two - three days after changing her food to *** Complete Beef Dog Food, she was back to normal. When she sees or hears me getting her *** food, in the mornings, she comes running and sits near wagging her tail. As soon. As soon as I tell her, Ok, she goes straight to her dish. But, she has a cute, instinctive routine that she does, everyday, before she eats anything. Secret, gets one *** cube at a time and will, Hide, them in many spots. I never had a dog do that before. I called our vets office and asked them, if they knew why? They said, Yes, its a instinct inherited from the wolf pups. They ***************** a portion of food from each meal, so the other pups in the pack cant find it. If its awhile before they get another meal, they will have *********** wont starve. I read several articles about it; its very interesting. I dont chuckle at her anymore. Thank you, for such a good product to feed our beloved pets. So disappointing. I placed an order online and was offered an immediate discount on treats. I decided to go ahead and try the add-on because it was a tremendous discount. However instead of charging it as one charge the Ultimate Pet Nutrition website charged my credit card in two separate transactions. As I was using a newly received credit card and fraud incidents have been very high recently my bank flagged the transaction and declined it. I contacted my bank within minutes and approved all transactions but it had already declined. So I contacted Ultimate Pet Nutrition immediately but their website would not send the message. It took several hours to realize I could email them. Their response, "I apologize for any issue when placing your order. However, the additional offers are limited promotions given to every customer as a "Thank You" for your initial purchase and is only offered upon checkout. These promotional offers cannot be added once your order has been completed."I have a small online business myself. I know that any discount can be provided at any time. I did select the promo offer at checkout. They can see the transaction was declined on their end. I contacted them immediately. Any business acting in kindness would simply honor the offer to gain a customer. Had they done so they would have gained a customer for life. Instead they turned me off and I will not recommend them to anyone ever.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

Our miniature Schnauzer has been using Nurtithrive for the past several months, however, because she is less than 20 pounds she only consumes 1 scoop per day. In June 2023 I decided to set up a subscription to take advantage of the savings per container. All was going well until I unexpectedly received another 3 containers this week without notification. Because our dog is small, we have only consumed 1/2 of the product and do not need 3 more. I called Ultimate Pet Nutrition yesterday to speak to them about this and ask why I had not been notified that the order was going to ship and be given an opportunity to skip or modify it. I was told that I was notified and unfortunately, they do not offer returns or refunds. I asked for the specific date that I was SUPPOSEDLY notified and then scoured my email and could not produce a notification anywhere. I searched the Inbox and Junk mail both on my PC and phone. I AM CONFIDENT THIS NOTIFICATION WAS NOT SENT AND THAT THIS IS HOW ULTIMATE PET NUTRITION IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT NEED. At the very least, UPN should create a customer profile for each pet and encourage a reorder schedule suited to the size of the pet and the estimated quantity expected to be consumed. I am very disappointed that I have lost $130+ on a product I did not need and have no way of returning. This is not a good business and I would caution anyone who is considering setting up a subscription to BEWARE.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

I was just about to reorder my Nutra Thrive Multivitamin Formula. Now Im reading all these complaints and I dont know that I will. ?? Very concerning. Wondering about the customer service, business practices and the general quality of the products (outdated and/or expired) of this company. What is up with that? I have been using Nutra Thrive for several years now. My cat does fine with it until he suddenly refuses to eat anything with it. This led me to checking the manufacture date on the product because Nutra Thrive is supposed to be good for 18 months. To my dismay, the shipment I received in August 2022 was already 12 months old when it arrived (manufactured 08/13/2021). The shipment I received in July 2023 was already 18 months old (manufactured 01/26/2022) when that purchase arrived. I'm appalled!!! Clearly, I will no longer be using any product from this company.Both of my orders had 6 containers of Nutra Thrive. The amount spent on buying outdated product was considerable.This type of experience expanded over thousands of customers is the sort of thing that causes companies to fail and/or get class action suites. They took an extra $72.29 from my bank account for three tiny bags of dog food they sent me that I did not order! I bought vitamins for my cat and they took it upon themselves to steel money from my account for three little bags of dog food! Plus it cost .$25.87 to send it back. I want them to return my money and include the return shipping charge. So they need to reimburse me $72.29 plus $ ***** which is $102.16.Ultimate Pet Nutrition
