I contacted this business for a tow when my vehicle was damaged during a storm on September 30th of 2023. The business was taking advantage of my fear since my car was flooding and requested payment immediately which I completed through my Apple Card digitally. The company called me back after over an hour of waiting in the storm and said their driver was in a crash. The company asked if I needed another driver, to which I did not. The company told me on the phone that they would reimburse me fully the $306.51, for the tow that I did not ever receive. The company then texted me saying just to confirm youd like to cancel? And I said yes. The company however never refunded me and later used that text message as proof that I canceled the service, even though that is not the truth. I have since disputed this transaction numerous times with Apple and they continue to rule in favor of this company. The company also has tons of reviews from others who stated the exact same thing happened to them. This company is all scammers and even the credit card companies are ruling in their favor. It is absolutely ridiculous. This company has a horrible answering system and I never get a response back from the email address either. I think it is entirely made up and a scam.
