      I had placed a pre-order via the internet for a Fox 40 mountain bike front fork at a cost of $ ******* and utilizing affirm as a form of payment on 05/19/22. The order was funded shortly there after and the order was placed in pending status. On 05/26/22 I requested to have order cancelled via email. There was an immediate response stating the order has been cancelled. I followed up the email with a phone call to customer service stating I needed funds returned via affirm since that was my form of payment I opted for. I was told it would handled in 2-3 business days. As of this date 8/12/22 bike bling has still NOT refunded my payment despite multiple phone calls.

      I placed order #****** with Bike Bling on 12/17/2021 at 10:12AM. The order was for $62.00. I have never received the merchandise that I ordered (two Shimano L03A Resin Disc Brake Pad). I have sent multiple emails requesting updated delivery information OR a refund. I have tried calling and left a message. I have had zero response from Bike Bling regarding this issue. I want either the merchandise, or a full refund.

      Summary: I have been waiting 2.5 months for a credit for two items I returned. ___ In December 2021 I returned 2 items (listed below) to Bike Bling via **** Both items were pre approved for return by Bike Bling and *** confirms that both items were received by Bike Bling on 12/16/21. ___ 1/8/22: I emailed BikeBling asking when I would get my refund. No response. ___ 1/24/22: I called BikeBling and spoke to a person. He said that the employee who does returns was sick for 2 weeks and will return tomorrow and process my return. That did not happen. ___ 2/1/22: I called Bike Bling twice. No answer. ___ 2/15/22: After multiple calls, finally someone answered. I explained my situation. Then I waiting on hold for "customer service". After 20 minutes I spoke with someone who took my info and confirmed they received the items and that I was owed roughly a $180 refund. He said he would give the info to the accounting department and I would have my credit in 3 to 5 days. I specifically asked if they would credit my card. He said yes. I then received two emails (one for each item) Subject: Internal Email for PayPal Refund Request. Each email said to send a PayPal refund in the specified amount to my email address. ___ 3/1/22: I still have NOT received a refund on my credit card or PayPal for these two items. ________ Returned Items: Order #: ******; Reference #: ******; 1 SRAM18-00.2418.086.000 SRAM NX Eagle PG-**** *****t 12 Speed Cassette $100.00 ___ Order #: ******; Reference #: ******; 1 Sunrace21-CSMZ800.WA1B.ES0.BX SunRace CSMZ800 Cassette 12-Speed *****t *************** $79.99

      Ordered product from Bikebling.com vendor 06/08/2021. Product was sold for $2,430.00 and listed as a backordered item (pre-order). I paid for the item in full at this time (see attached order invoice). After 1 month, I checked the status of my order on their website and found that my order status was listed as "processing". I emailed the company and received an email in return advising me to call and speak to another associate (attached email July2021). I was never able to reach a person through phone calls. I emailed again in November and December and received automated email responses (attached emails ***************************** During this time period I have called several times a month without reaching a person at the vendor. I emailed the company that makes the product directly, ************* in *********, **. I received a response that they did not have any pending orders with Bikebling at this time, but they have done business with them (attached email IndustryNine). At this point I am unable to get a real time response from the company and cannot reach them through phone call attempts. My order is still showing a status of pending after 8 months (attached Order Status).

      I bought 2bycicle tires and more than 3 weeks have passed and I'm not receiving anything and write and call to find out what happened to my order and no one responds , I want cancel the order but I cannot do anywhere

      I placed an order on Nov 9th 2021. The item was listed as in stock when I purchased it. I used Affirm financing to pay for my item. The order ID# is ******. I have not received the merchandise or any indication that I will. It has now been 3 months and the 2 times I have been able to actually speak to someone at the company confirmed my item was back ordered but give me a different date each time, it keeps getting pushed back. At this time I want to simply cancel my order but their website indicates I cannot. I also cannot dispute thru Affirm per 60+ days have elapsed. Please cancel my order and refund my payment. I will shop elsewhere.

      Order #****** has not been shipped and their site does not allow any way to modify or cancel. Company has not responded to my attempts to contact and after researching them it looks like they continually provide proof service or outright steal from consumers.

      No refund is necessary, as the item the customer ordered was a pre -order, meaning it was not in stock, and we contact the customer for payment once it's available to ship. The original Paypal authorization was voided as we did not capture the funds since it was not in stock. We will cancel this order, and no refund is necessary. Please check your bank transactions and you will see nothing has been charged by Bike Bling.

      I placed an order on 12-25-21 for a total of $449.90 for two items listed as in stock to get sent to me. I have received no updates, notices, or anything for the goods. I have tried email, phone, everything and there is absolutely no response on their end. I found out after the fact that I am apparently not the first they have done this to. They are holding my funds in limbo and there is no way for me to get them back until they cancel the order.

      I placed order # ****** for $114.84 with Bike Bling on 12/13/2021. On 12/26/2021 the order had not shipped, so I e-mailed Bike Bling ([email protected]) asking for a status update. I received no reply, so on 1/3/2022 I telephoned Bike Bling *************). No one answered the phone. I just want to cancel the order, but I can't figure out how to get Bike Bling to respond.

      This order was cancelled per the customer's request on 12/31 and there is no refund to issue, as this was a pre-order item that is not charged for until we have it in stock and it ships.
