All my questions were responded to immediately throughout the project, and the job was completed on time despite the weather conditions. The outcome exceeded my expectations. 5 starsMajor Transformation by a Class Act! ****** and his team changed a junkyard/mess into a welcoming, comforting masterpiece.I called PaversByCoyote after 3 less than satisfactory estimate experiences with other outfits. One never finished providing an estimate, and two provided estimates that were both vague in their estimate descriptions and high in price. ****** responded immediately to my initial inquiry and, after his visit and design discussions, provided a Line Item Estimate that not only described all actions, materials, and costs that were promised but also allowed me the opportunity to determine options (e.g. backyard only or back and frontyard makeover, etc.). I have never seen this in any of my experiences with contractors, and it was the final deciding factor in choosing Pavers By Coyote to change my disaster yard into a masterpiece. A few of the reasons for a 5-star review: 1. ******'s degree in art shows in his designs. 2. He was at the site every day checking with his crew and with us to discuss project progress.3. His crew was professional, courteous, and hard- working. 4. He and his team were attentive to what we needed/wanted and were ready with answers, options, and solutions to any questions/ideas (read that as scope changes) that arose. 5. ****** provides a current list of customers (2 of whom I visited/ spoke with and, most importantly, #6. ******! Hi, **** like to share our great experience with ******. We wanted a paved patio and walkways with a small grass zone. It come up very nice and stylish. ****** helped us to design the layout, chose right materials and advised about required things to do like enhanced drainage system that he designed too. The project was smooth and everything was completed in time. His team is nice to work with, very professional and diligent. I also would like to mention about budgeting - it was very predictable and stable. We agreed upfront all the cost and finally we are very happy with the results! This review is a few month after the project - so we can be realistic and down to earth after the "new patio honeymoon" phase :) We highly recommend this business! ***** to ****** and his amazing team!Pavers by Coyote

Real Value In an environment where substandard work and high prices seem to be the new norm, it has been a pleasure to deal with a company that destroys those as being an expectation. Our experience from our first meeting with ****** to the final touches by ***** and the crew were everything promised and beyond. The expertise in design and the understanding of what it takes to get the job done was apparent from the first conversation with ******. He entertained our design, made great suggestions in both design and little infrastructure projects that would accommodate our future projects in a way that wouldnt disrupt our new pavers and turf. We always felt ****** had our best interest in mind and never felt any suggestion was in any way an up sale. When the start date was set, they arrived every day on time and stayed on the job until completion with ****** personally showing up almost every day to check on the progress and to see if there were any issues. It was clear from the beginning ******, ***** and crew took pride in their work and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the project. They succeeded as we could not have been happier with their work and the finished project. So let me conclude with why I started this review with the title Real Value. Value is the sum of materials, workmanship, and service. Anyone can reduce one of these factors and reduce the cost, but this in turn reduces the value. Pavers by Coyote wasnt the cheapest, nor near the highest in price, but when it came to providing the absolutely best materials, workmanship and the service I would argue no one could provide a better value.Pavers by Coyote
