      Ordered an item two weeks ago and it still hasnt shipped. Email inquiries to them have been ignored and I have gotten no responses from them.

      I placed a preorder for a record back on 2/7/2023. If memory serves correctly, the original street date was late April. Since then, the only communication I have received from Revolver is after I email them to ask for an update, and they have ceased to respond to me since October. They have also removed the estimated shipping date from the item's web listing (but are still accepting preorders for it), and state that customers should check our emails for further updates. I would like to reiterate that I have received zero email communication from this company unless I reach out to them first.The FTC ruling on this is explicit. The consumer should not have to continuously reach out for the status of their preorder if it is delayed more than *********************************************************************************************** essentially acquire loans with a 0% interest rate, from unsuspecting customers. I can only imagine how many customers forgot about the order they placed with Revolver since the company refuses to communicate with their customers.I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs unless they make amends with their customers, publicly apologize, and vow to stop conducting such shady business practices. They have a minimum obligation to communicate with the customers they have wronged, and should absolutely not be actively accepting preorders for items that they do not intend to deliver.

      On March 24, 2023 I placed an order (#REV180630) for three(3) vinyl records. Two(2) of those items were in stock at the time I placed the order and the one in question was a pre-order item with a very limited production run. At one point, I seen these albums listed as in stock on their website and then eventually out-of-stock. I have made numerous attempts at emailing them my complaint along with a copy of the receipt. I have not heard nothing back nor have they made any attempt to satisfy the order.

      On January 16, 2022 I ordered a Bundle deal. Everything came but a T-Shirt ordered separately at the cost of $32. I have been in contact back and forth with Revolver and a person named **** saying a shirt is shipping or my refund is coming. I have multiple emails showing this. A refund is coming a T shirt is shipping. I have asked **** just send me coupon store credit or refund or any type of shirt and he has yet to close this transaction that is now coming up on 22 months. That there should show you how patient I have been with this company.

      I and 530 other people ordered a record from this company last October. They took out money and gave us a 90 day wait to get said records. That was October of last year. Up to now all they have given is new updates that keeping pushing the ship date back. They will not offer refunds, or apologies. They just keep sending emails pushing things back. As stated the original order was placed on October 22 of 2022 and were told 90 days. At this point I honestly feel like they stole my money and the only replies to email we get are new estimates of ship dates. I am hoping to warn others to not spend their money with this company. The only provide empty promises and lies.

      Pre-ordered two vinyls back in Jan or Feb. After initial ship date the items in question have not shipped. I emailed every month seeking an update that they should have sent us. After 6 months of excuses about why the items haven't shipped I asked for the order to be canceled and for a refund. I have yet to see that it was canceled or the money refunded.

      As I was reading the previous reviews, I realized there is a pattern here. I placed an order in early December 2022 for one t-shirt and two vinyl records. They kept changing the description of the ad for the time it would be shipped, from December, to January, to February. In early March, I sent a couple of emails through the Shop app. I got the following reply from a ****: "I apologize that your order has not shipped in a timely manner. I have let our warehouse know to ship this order as soon as they are able to. You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive an email with tracking information in the next 3 business days, please let me know."Nothing came if it. No more replies, no movement on my order. I cannot return the items as they are collectibles. They are based in the U.S., so shipping to ****** should not be difficult. I wish I had checked all of the reviews before ordering the items.

      I pre-ordered a shirt and two albums from Revolver, the shirt was shipped **** according to the email that I received from them. A few days later I received an email telling me that my item was delivered, it wasn't, so when I checked the tracking it said it was delivered to a whole other state. I'm in TX was delivered to PA. So I emailed revolver on 1-31-23, because that is all you can do. The email said they would get back to me in 3 to 5 business days. Here it is the 2-9-23 and I still have not received an email back. I went to cancel my other pre-order so I do not have this happen again and lose my $100 I spent, but they will not let me. I would just like to have someone contact me so I can get the items I purchased.

      I ordered a record from Revolver. They never sent it to me. I emailed them several times. They sent the record 70+ days after I ordered it and emailed them repeatedly. They sent me the wrong record. I had to return the record. The record got lost in the mail. They won't send me the record that I paid for until the wrong record they mailed me makes it back to their warehouse. Their record is currently lost in the mail. I contacted the local ************ They don't know where the package is or when it will be delivered, if ever. Revolver will not send me my record THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. They refuse to send it to me until the incorrect record they sent me that I didn't want that I had to send back them is delivered to their warehouse. But the *********** doesn't know where the return package that I sent them is.
