On March 25th 2023, I ordered a 250mL bottle of Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. With shipping, the total came to $15.68. I received a notice that the item was out of stock and would be expected in April. I reached out via email in April and was told it would be in stock in June. I reached out in August via email and was told they don't have an estimated delivery timeline. I've reached out again in November but still don't have a delivery date yet this item is still shown as available on their website.Business response

Ordered a full soft cab for my Kawasaki mule pro fxt on October 22, order number ******, said it would be 2-3 weeks delivery. On week 4 I emailed them about a delivery date and they responded 3-4 weeks. On week 5 I asked them about a delivery date and they responded 11-25-22, on December 2nd I asked about a delivery date and never got a response. Didn't get a response on week 6th or 7th. I paid $900 for this item and am going into the 8th week and they haven't responded in the last 3 weeks.Business response

These cabs are made to order, this is the peak time for the manufacturer and they fulfilling orders as fast as they can. Since these cabs are made to order we can wait for the cab to be finished or since the cab has not shipped we can cancel the order and offer the customer a full refund.

On 11/26/2021 I placed an order for a 1:18 scale diecast ghostbusters ecto 1 for a Christmas gift for a total of $119.11 which my debit card was charged for. Shortly after on 11/26 I got the following email: Active Powersports <**************************************>Nov 26, 2021, 5:47 PM to me Hello Unfortunately the item that you ordered is currently back ordered until late December. I will keep your order open and ship as soon as it arrives unless I hear differently from you. Thank you **** --ActivePowersports.com Escondido Powersports *********************************************************** I attempted to follow up via email as that seems to be the only way to contact them on 12/9, 12/16, 12/22 and again today. No response. At this point I am seeking a full refund as my order was not fulfilled timely and no product was delivered.Business response

We did not charge this customers account. They responded to our email and asked to cancel this order late yesterday, which was canceled early today (next business day). I honestly do not know what is shady about letting them know it was backordered, not charging their account and then canceling the order when asked. On Sept. 24, 2021, Active Powersports, *************************************************************, billed my credit card for $64.25 for a toy train car that they had advertised and I had ordered. I received the email message below and Sept.21;Hello Unfortunately the item that you ordered is currently back ordered until late October. Customer has never asked for this order to be refunded. If he did we would have refunded it immediately for him. We have been emailing back and forth so it would have been very easy for him to ask to cancel this. I am not sure what the complaint is so I do not have any response other than I gladly cancelled the order.
