I ordered a model of a 79 ******** Coupe Deville on September 22, 2024 at 12:37 P.M. and was told it was on back order and it would be delivered sometime in late October and the would keep my account open unless they heard different from me. I sent emails to this customer which he obviously received since he knew it was backordered. No response from him. We have not heard from him at all. If he wanted to cancel the order all he needed to do was ask. We are not able to read minds. We are good but not that good.Initial Complaint

On Jan. 4th of 2024, I ordered a figure from them, priced at $79.30, which seemed like a standard price for the item. I have contacted them several times but still have not received the item, and when I asked about getting a refund they have done nothing.Business Response

I have responded to each of this customers emails. The last email I sent I asked them the best way to refund this order. I have not heard back from them. Ordered an item for last Christmas. Transaction completed and was told out of stock ************** forward- After reading complaints dating back SEVERAL YEARS, the decision to order from this company was tragically obvious. However, in addition to a refund, I am wondering how these guys manage to stay open, advertising merchandise that will never be delivered. I get the concept of drop shipping, but this is just drop theft. How many complaints need to be filed before this stops? I mean I am typing right now in August, 2024 and this was happening back in 2015. Their website is still active. I am seeking a refund. I can provide bank transaction details. Their web contact info is attached as photo but no response as others have ******* is a valid email, and you use it to order and they take orders and then send the scam story on the same email, so they are still in the building doing business.Please help.Business Response

Around the end of May, 2024 I ordered a Spectrum battery from Active Powersports for my husbands drone. As it was a Fathers Day gift, I imagined I has plenty of time. Within days I received notification that it was on back order and would be in stock shortly. On June 20 th my account was charged and I was notified that I would get my order around July 1st. When I contacted them next I asked for a refund and they responded by email changing the order to refunded. After four days and no refund credited back to my account, I have received no response to any email and they have a phone that has only a message line. $ *****Initial Complaint

In early May, I placed an online order for an HO-scale F-series locomotive from Active Powersports. They proceeded to process my payment on my **** card, but neglected to inform me about the status of the order. It is not a good business practice to charge a customer a not-inconsiderable sum for a product that is clearly not available. I realize that an HO-scale locomotive in the colors of the long-defunct ********, ******* and ******* ********* railway may not be widely available, but it seemed that Active Powersports had it on hand when other sites had it on their wish lists. One of my ancestors worked for the ****** and for that reason such an item would have some sentimental value. For the aforementioned reasons--processing of my credit card, combined with unavailability of product--I believe that my only alternatives are a cash refund or a credit to my **** card.Business Response

On march 11th i purchased 2 sets of aaa batteries and a charger from them totaling $45.71 they stated on site that the items are in stock when they wher not. And they still took my money and messaged me saying the items are back ordered and could be expected mid April. I heard many other buyers from them saying they won't respond to order cancellations. Ordered something from their website in November 2023, they emailed saying it was backordered until early December. Mid December comes by and I email them again, 2 days later they reply saying it has not been shipped by the manufacturer yet. Now it's mid January **** and still nothing. Nowhere on the website does it say that there product is out of stock or backordered. Nothing on their site says that, so unsuspecting people purchase something but either never receive anything or if they do, it's used or damaged. I wish I had done research on this company first before making my purchase. I had already put in a claim with my bank to refund the charges.
