I would like to enlist your help to see if you can compel this company to provide me with a written receipt (for payment already made) which represented the final payment on a landscape job that they did for me. I have been trying to get that final Receipt for the last two months without success!!!. As background info: They landscaped my front yard for a total fee of $10,780.00. I made three (3) payments for which they provided a written Receipt, For some reason(s) which I ignore, they have been reluctant to provide me with a written Receipt for the final payment of $3,780.00 in spite of my many written request to several employees including ( to) the owner of the company Mr. ************************ ( I have the string of emails to prove it) Can you help? Attached is the final accounting (indicating project is paid in full) for ******************** project as well as the email correspondence. The email was send on April 7th and on April 8th he emailed again. I let him know the email the previous day included his final project accounting and asked what other information he needed. I have had no email correspondence since then.

Two contracts signed for front and back yard landscape services. June back yard started, and July front yard started. Projected included sprinklers, valves, sod, plants, irrigation/drip system, dry stream bed, driveway extension, flagstone installation. Too many problems to list, from multiple failures of valves, sprinkler lines, planting beds lack depth, color to dying grass and plants. Letter sent to owner about concerns, disappointment and breach of contract. This breach was when a French drainage system was not installed underneath the dry stream bed as noted in contract. No one from the Quality control manager, General Manager or owner can explain this discrepancy. We are concerned about future drainage issues in this area. The Quality Control Manager was informed of the above issues; however, some were ignored, and he became dismissive to homeowner. Our letter sent to owner is attached
