I came into the business to look for a specific car. I was helped by ***. I was told that car a ****** Kicks was not going to fit in my budget. They never ran the car to check they just tried to push another car off on me. And that car was more expensive than the ******. I agreed for the credit to be checked while I was there on 8/8. Along with my sister as a co signer. Unsuccessful with finding a car in my budget I proceeded to leave. The general manager ***** then came out to the car to try and make me like another car. I said no thank you this was not the right dealership for me. And I left. Friday morning 8/9 I started to get credit notifications saying that my credit was being inquired again. Without my permission. I received a call about 4 hours later from the sale ************* who helped me the previous day. He stated that the car I wanted a ****** Kicks was now in my price range and that they re ran my credit. I did NOT consent to anything else being ran or checked once I left the property. I am highly upset that they re ran the credit after I left and told them I was done with their business.

My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was taken to this Jeep dealership to service a check engine light on the vehicle December 28th 2023.after a month of diagnostic work was told vehicle would need a whole new engine which was covered by an extended warranty. **************** has approved the work. Dealership says parts are back ordered with no ETA. The warranty issued one week of rental car coverage for a substitute vehicle, and several requests were made for a loaner vehicle from the dealership while the vehicle is being repaired, only to have the request denied or ignored all together. We were told the dealership does not issue loaner vehicles. On January 26th an email was sent to several members of the service department, ***********************, *********************, and Renault **** pleading for them to provide a loaner vehicle as it had been a month that my vehicle has been in their possession with no indication of when the vehicle would be ready, as I am now paying out of pocket for a rental car and the monthly care payment on the vehicle in their possession. I received no response at all for anyone. We are now in April, the dealership is still in possession of my vehicle and I have made several calls for update, routinely told someone will call me back, and no one ever does. I have requested a written report of the work that they are going to do on my vehicle and Mr. **************** denied that request. My vehicle is a 2019 and should not need a new engine, I need the paperwork to explore my Lemon Law rights as a consumer. I need an oversight institution to intervene and compel this company into action. I would like them to finish the work/repair I would like a written report of the work to be done I would like to be reimbursed for 3 months out of pocket cost for a rental car I would like to be provided a loaner vehicle while they continue to have possession of my vehicle

I purchased my 2016 ************* in June of 2022 and have had nothing but problems since then. Thank God I have a warranty on it or I'd be stuck with a messed up Jeep. My Jeep has been in and out of the shop there at the dealership I bought it from Future CDJR of Fairfield. They had it the first time for 4 months and said they'd fix the issues. They lied and said they fixed it but when I took it somewhere else they said the issues weren't fixed and found more. When I tried to resolve the issues again I just got the run around. I told them to take their Jeep back that I was done dealing with them. They said I could trade in my Jeep and my Equinox plus $5k down after I already put an initial $5k down on the original Jeep. They gave me the run around until again putting my Jeep in the shop where they've had it since December and lied to me again about fixing the issue. When they said it was done I looked at the paperwork and again it wasn't. Plus there was standing water all over the floors of my Jeep. This was three weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from them with a status of my Jeep. I've had the Jeep since June and been paying $550/mo on it but have only physically had it in my possession for maybe 4 of those 9 months since I purchased it. I don't know what else to do. I still to this day don't have my Jeep. Also it's been broken into while in their possession. I have paperwork of what they claimed to have done. The Jeep is/was missing hub blots and a adjustable ball joint. They were also supposed to fix other things which were completed, minor things unlike the major things that were really needed. All I was told is that everything has been on back order due to COVID.

I placed an order for a dodge Ram Promaster van in 02/2022. After months of waiting, finally the van is ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my new van, the dealer raised the price of the van by $3500. The dealer said the increase of price was due to inflation on the cost of the parts. The reason dealer given to me does not make sense. The price was given to us when we placed the order should be calculated based on the cost of the parts the manufacturer provided at the time when we placed the order. Why should the price of the parts now should affect the price of the van already made?I requested the dealer to honor the original sales price which is $45945. However, the dealer refused and requested me to pick up the van latest by tomorrow 9/13/2022.I am frustrated and dont know where I can get help. Hopefully by reaching out to BBB, this problem can be resolved.Thank you very much

Good morning, after further review with my service director the parts that were replaced (Link Stabilizer) does not require an alignment to be done nor would it cause all 4 tires to be worn unevenly. We will at no charge inspect for an alignment issue at the customers convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:
This has nothing to do with our complaint. We had no work done on vehicle. We bought vehicle from them in April and DMV has not received paperwork so we can register it. Just another mess up by them again. They cant even respond to the correct complaint.
      Sincerely,

I brought my 2018 dodge challenger in for a recall on May 12th, 2022, and also had them check my brakes that I have complained about several times before, each time they said there was nothing wrong. However, this time they said my front rotors were warped, uneven, and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $2,870.00 for the service. I decided to instead go to ******* Autoworld in *********, **. However, on May 16th (they had to wait for parts to come in hence the delay), ******* informed me that I was missing the ******************** Support Bolt - Front SRT8 on the passenger front wheel. This is around a 6-inch bolt designed to hold the brake pads together. I informed Future Dodge that they may have taken the bolt off and not placed it back on, since in their notes they do note that they did remove all four tires and brake pads. This means that they did remove the bolt at some point. I then waited until May 19th for the part to come in...however it was the completely wrong part despite Service claiming they knew the part I needed. I had to give the exact part name to them since they couldn't figure it out and did not order my part until June 3rd (Service Manager stated this). It has been 31 days since I have been able to use my car, and despite the Future ******* saying that I should "be fine" to drive my vehicle, ******* advised that I do drive my car to ensure the integrity of the brakes. I have had to call the dealership around ****************************************************************** with updates. They have told me the part would be in on three separate occasions, each one being false and wasting my time. One service member has also attempted to gaslight me into believing that it is no one's fault and that possibly I never had the bolt in the first place. If that is the case then they have failed to spot the missing part on several occasions and would be responsible for the damages to my brakes due to their professional negligence.

Read the complaint from ****************** that was submitted to you. It is unfortunate of the time it took to get this part. The one thing ****************** did not explain that we could not order just the bolt that was missing but had to order all of the calipers, which at the time they were on back order and that's the main reason it took longer than expected. After ordering the parts there were delays that changed arrival time that was not due to Dealerships fault but manufacture. I personally spoke to ****************** understood his frustration, but we were covering all angels. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me .

      Customer Answer

      Date: 06/27/2022

      Complaint: 17422546

I am rejecting this response because:

You are nitpicking one aspect of the complaint, and I am well aware of the shipping issues that all auto shops are facing.  The main complaint is professional negligence and poor customer service.  ********************** allowed me to leave the dealership without the bolt on my car, a bolt that does not simply fall off and requires tools to remove.  *********** manager attempted to gaslight me into believing that this ordeal was possibly my fault and that I did not have the part to begin with.  If that is the case I have attached several documents of past services the dealership has conducted that involved the inspection of my brakes.  The dealership clearly failed to notice the missing bolt on May 12th and required an outside source to notice the mistake.  If I hadn't have take my car to another professional then I would have continued to have been driving without the support bolt which is there is to ensure the integrity of the brakes by holding them together.  Which means that if the service manager that stated that I may not have had the part in the first place, may have been correct meaning the dealership most likely failed to notice the missing bolt the several previous brake inspections.  Also in April 12th, ************************************************* good condition and yet the next month they are warped and are in need of being replaced because of wear and tear.  Keep in mind that the car had only increased by 3,167 miles and that the 2018 Dodge Challenger brake pads usually last between ****** and ****** miles depending on driving habits, my car has under ****** miles on it.  My driving habits are driving from work to home going the speed limit and not aggressively braking.  I had to replace both front rotors and front brake pads after a small amount of miles compared to what their supposed to last.  So yes I am calling BS and also you did not order the part until June 3rd that you were made aware in the middle of May.  The fact that it took weeks to order the part shows more professional incompetence.  Meanwhile I was kept out of the loop for a majority of the time resulting in me having to call the dealership numerous times just to stay updated on affairs.  And yes I have received the correct bolt this time and I had installed by the same individual that noticed the mistake in the first place.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************
