The service has been very unprofessional since the beginning. It was an uphill battle to get them onsite. I was promised the moon the stars and the sky and got nothing near this. First of all, its not inexpensive. The office kept changing the date. When they finally got out the team was great, but they definitely need more training and better leadership. The issues started immediately, my Sump pump was installed, but no plan was set with me the owner to have them plugged in ands working. Second, the pumps have an alarm. It was going off since Thursday. Called the owner and the owner stated he didnt have anyone that can come over the weekend. The fix was simply to remove the safety alarm that was on the pump, but not resolve the problem. one of the drains for the sump pump was left over concrete slab. After they initially said all drains would be left where easily accessible and w/o major modifications. Cutting slab was not part of the agreement. Very expensive service, they finished by not being able to complete our mutually agreed contract. They have also not addressed any of my concerns. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very difficult to work with and very unprofessional. A big expense to get such poor performance in return. I wouldnt do business with them again. One more point, they installed a second pump. Which was odd, because they were only addressing maybe 1/3 of what was originally promised and mutually agreed upon on the contract. I asked one of the employees if he thought the second was necessary. He said Honestly I dont! It was here and we installed it..

We are sorry to hear ********************** felt a need to contact you regarding our service.  While we, like many
others, have been affected by staffing shortages, we attempted to get his job done as soon as we could after
finishing previously assigned jobs. Unfortunately, this did mean the need to reschedule due to unforeseen
issues at other jobs.  Upon having our crew arrive onsite to begin work, it was realized that we would not be
able to install working sump pumps as planned.  ********************** had failed to run electrical power to the areas
marked for installation as was discussed with him when contracting the work. Because of this we were not
able to leave the sump pump plugged in and running. It could be turned on as soon as **********************
completed this task.  Since it was not plugged in to pull water out, the alarm went off when water entered his
crawl space.  Pulling the alarm was the only way to stop the alarm until plugged in and in working order.
Since ********************** still had not completed the electrical when we returned, we ran an extension cord to
supply power and have the sump pump working. We explained that it could not be left like this long term and
that the electrical outlet was still a necessary task for ********************** to complete.
In regard to the second sump pump originally proposed, once our crew was onsite, they determined that due
to crawlspace height limitations in the area of planned installation, the space for the second sump pump was
not fully accessible and therefore could not be installed with all of the drainage piping  proposed.  However, it
does still work in tandem with the other pump and piping installed for that one.  ********************** was notified
of the reduced amount of piping installed, and he verbally acknowledged agreement. We quickly processed a
change order and credited back any related charges.  However, despite his verbal agreement, and repeatedly
sending him the change order, which he has opened several times, he continues to ignore signing the change
    order.
********************** commented that we were not able to complete the contracted work and that drains would be
left where easily accessible and without major modifications. Cutting a concrete slab would have been deemed
a major modification and as such would have been included in the contract if it was to be done.  While we
agree the formerly mentioned items were not installed and contract change orders were attempted, other
aspects of the contract were completed as contracted. We have sincerely tried our best to work with Mr.
********* and complete the contracted work as possible.  We also ask that ********************** pay us the
balance for the work completed as he has not paid for the work yet.

Paid this business ***** to put smart jacks for my foundation and level the flooring. They sent a crew of people who were under qualified for the work they were performing they did not hold their agreement to leveling and stabilize our floors. On top of that the first engineered drawings were incorrect after they began the project so they stopped project for 2 months while me the customer waiting for any response. This company has terrible communication with their customer and I demand a full refund of my money so I can guarantee to get the work done correctly.
