      I purchased a CPO Acura RDX from Hopkins Acura of Fairfield, and when I left the dealership the tire pressure sensors showed that the divers side front wheel was 32 psi while the rest were *********************************************************************** the edge/ almost sidewalk of the tire that looked completely worn it its been there the whole time. The dealership said they cannot fix it or reimburse the cost of the tire replacement unless I come in, even though they fully knew I lived over 2 hours away. The service department said the General Manager was going to call me and instead they called the salesman, ****, to call me and tell me they cant pay to fix it, but if I make the day trip drive out to the dealership they can fix it. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This should not be allowed to sell a CERTIFIED Pre-Owned Honda or Acura with a damaged tire and refuse to reimburse the cost. I will be requesting Acura to pay and fix this tire at my local dealership, ********* Acura, instead or paying to get it fixed. This is utterly ridiculous and irresponsible to sell a car and certify it when it is dangerous to do so with a nail less than half an inch from the sidewall. My local Americas Tire said AWD safety measures highly recommend it replace all FOUR tires since it cannot be repaired. This will be a cost of over $1,047 for Acura to pay me for repair. Get back to me ASAP.

      This place is crooked! The car we bought from them 2 years ago collected water in the trunk and wet the back seats. This was just discovered recently. They had the car for 3 weeks to fix and insurance paid $2000 and we paid $375 out of pocket. Two days after getting the car back, brought it to the car wash and then got some water inside again. This time they gave us a different diagnostic. They verbally quoted $1500 to $2000 for the cost for this one which supposedly a wear and tear and our insurance will not cover. We decided to take the dismantled car home and look somewhere else to get it fixed. Found a place to fix it for $400! Lei Coob was very rude and disrespectful to deal with. Manager ****** was not even a help too. They took the money without fixing the problem and then ask for more money to try another solution. This is very disappointing and caused us stress. This kind of company should be investigated on how they do business. Never again.

      Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your service experience with us was a negative one. After reviewing your recent service visit with your 2006 Honda Civic, we found multiple leaks in your rear trunk area. Per the video we shared with you, both rear taillights and trunk lid were leaking. Your insurance approved and paid for the replacement of the damaged components caused by the water leak, and from our understanding, you paid for a deductible for this claim. Then, the Dealership, as a goodwill gesture, took care of the expense for the cause of the leaks (trunk seals and weatherstrip, taillamp seals), in which your insurance would not take care of. Unfortunately, you discovered a new leak in the trunk. We pinpointed the leak to be from the rear glass area, in which we showed you in person. At that point, you wanted a second opinion and asked us to leave all the parts we removed, off "dismantled." Again, we apologize that your service experience with us was not a positive one.
