    On 4/27 damage was done to the wheels of my car at the Fallbrook/CA location. After coming out the wash one tire had a scratch on it, the other some strange film that hasn't come of yet and other damage. I know that my tires were fine prior to going into the carwash. The evening prior I had just picked up my car from repairs done to it because someone had hit my car. The adjuster and I did a walk-around to assure that the work had been done to my satisfaction. Damage was done to the wheels of other vehicles same location, day and time. We all were offered to fill out incident reports for a claim after the staff looked at our cars and pictures were taken. Other staff in the meantime had stopped the carwash to prevent further damage. Staff said they thought the issue had been fixed, but it was apparent that it wasn't. We were told we would hear from Corporate in a few days. Corporate acknowledged receipt of incident report, and in a later email denied the claim saying they are not responsible for the damage, video footage shows nothing happened during the wash, and that they had no other complaints/claims from that day and location. This would be a lie since we all filled out the forms at the same time, it would mean management would have only turned mine in. When I responded by saying that it was several of us that day, I was told to take it up with my insurance. This would mean a $1000 deductible for me since the business does not take responsibility. I looked at reviews all over and it is a common practice of this business not to take responsibility for damages. Why are there incident reports available, if the business has no intentions of resolving these type of issues? I have not been able to locate the other customers to make this a stronger case. One of them actually made me look at my tires after he found the damage on his. I had a monthly membership up to the day I received the email telling me that my claim is denied. I canceled my membership at that point.
