*************************** Chief of Operations was incredibly rude to me regarding one of her HERS Rators. He was supposed to test our house but we investigated it and found out he did not. ****** would not help. She was extremely rude and I am not sure why. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessianalism. We bought a new house and the builder and the HERS Rator said the testing was done but it was not. Now the HERS Rator has ghosted us. Real defensive. Just like ****** was. She did not want to make it right or care to look into it. Why? Why was she so confrontational? What is she hiding? Someone needs to look into this. Please.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not do the proper testing in our house. Their HERS RATER did not do the testing he said he did and Calcerts would not show proof of the pictures and videos that he did the work. It was not about just the solar. Pls let me know what other information you need from me. They were very unprofessional and they refused to help. Like I said I have never dealt with a more unprofessional human...*************************. The COO!

      Thank you,

      *********************

      Good afternoon,

Thank you for this opportunity to provide further information.

There still seems to be a misunderstanding about CalCERTS' role in ******************** project, as she is still asking us to complete the testing of her home and is referring to ************************ as one of "our" HERS Raters.

CalCERTS does not perform HERS Ratings on homes for certification; we are a company that teaches individuals about the HERS industry and trains them to complete the required testing and documentation. Once a student has successfully completed their training, any work they do is through their own company or as an employee of a different company.

The other function of our company is to house HERS data that is entered into our website by consumers so that ******************** and the ********** ***************** (***) can access that data as needed.

We have been in contact with the *** about this issue. The *** has been in contact with **************** and the Contractors ******************* (CSLB) about this issue, but I am not privy to the outcome of that contact.

While I understand ******************** frustration, she was given accurate and thorough information by CalCERTS staff and was directed to the appropriate entities for contact.

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that they do not do the testing but one of the people that they DID train lied and did not do the testing they were required to do but he said he did it on the registry. Calcerts trained this rater and HE did not follow what he was supposed to do. Someone needs to be accountable and Calcerts is in charge of training.  ******* said HE DID THE WORK. I want to see the pictures of the work he did. I have asked Calcerts for this proof but they have refused to show me. So has the Hers rater. All we want is our house tested like it should be according to our title 24 paperwork. This has nothing to do with the solar. This has to do with the HERS testing. I want that HERS rater to come to my house and do the testing ASAP. Or I want these pictures that shows me proof he was here. Because we have the proof that the dates he says he did the testing we did not have the range hood installed yet or the heat or air working. Please have them make this right. This is on Calcerts. Is it really that hard? Why are they giving so much pushback? Its really strange to me.
