    Picked up my mattress on Oct. 20, 2021 and raised my concern on Nov. 6, 2021. ****** has confirmed that their mattress do contain Fiberglass within their mattress which I was not informed during my purchase. I requested for a refund due to limited choice they offer. They refused and would only do an exchange for a $99 fee.

    This is for the Sacramento Arden store. This company did me wrong in so many ways, multiple errors on THEIR end, POOR customer service by far. 1st mistake: I put a mattress on hold in November. I was not moving until a few months later so they held it for me. Get a call in December the mattress is being discontinued and they ordered it in and have it on hold until we needed delivery. I call in January to schedule delivery for March and spoke to the same person which at the time was Javed, the manager. Thought all was good and we were on for delivery. I hadn't heard anything for confirmation so THE DAY BEFORE my scheduled date I call and get told there is no mattress assigned to me! MATTRESS DISCONTINUED, NOTHING ASSIGNED TO ME, NO DELIVERY SET AS STATED BEFORE. 2nd Mistake: Not only did they not have a mattress for me, but the one we had to upgrade to did not have the comfort level in stock so we would have had to wait 2 more months for it or take a softer one which we ended up doing. We get the mattress and adjustable base delivered and the delivery guys SCRATCH THE WALLS, CHIP THE PAINT, DING THE GUARDRAILS, all on a BRAND new home we moved into days before. 3rd Mistake: We had to move the mattress and base because it wasn't aligned to the bed frame so every time we tried to use the base it would hit the frame. We lifted the mattress and there was a FAT HOLE in the bottom of our brand new mattress they must've done during delivery. We had to file a warranty claim and get refunded for the house damage. 4th Mistake: I was told by Javed again that our claim was in processing. I get a voicemail weeks later saying there is an issue. I call after no answer for a week and get told he no longer works there! 5th Mistake: I called FOUR TIMES to speak with the district manager about my issue and no response. He didn't have any regard to the horror we had experienced nor cared to make it right. Instead he had his employee call to tell me they will warranty it.TERRIBLE
