I was working with a tax professional that made me go out of my way several times to obtain paper work to validate that my kids were my kids and every time I submitted something it was not good enough or was told to get more paper work. In part he even told me what would you like me to do go to the dentist office and get this paper work myself he is rude and unprofessional. Would never answer any of my messages or call me back and i questioned this he got an attitude and reported that im not his only client which I understand but as a paying customer i deserve respect. I will never use this company again!Business response

I bought the service as an extra from TurboTax. It has been over five weeks and not a single thing has been accomplished other than Being sent to various different agents, each one requesting that I send them documents then being told theres a new person taking over my case. I have begged each person who had actually sent me an email to put me in touch with a grievance procedure. I have emailed customer relations requesting grievance process. I have called the 800 number and asked to pass a message onto corporate. I have not had one recognition regarding my complaint and concern of the incompetence and lack of communication systems which are creating severe barriers to resolving state and federal issues They have had phone issues for the entire five weeks that Ive had a case with them. ( They have affirmed said phone issues but clearly theyre not resolved) I have a deadline with the state in which I am getting my taxes corrected, ( due to state error not mine)Also had one of them appointed associates asked me if I really felt it was worth correcting the error on the states and for the mere $40 I would recoup. I think correct in tax forms that the state has done incorrectly regardless of the amount of money I would recoup is an important thing to address. Im shocked that someone would minimize $40 as if its not worth their time. I feel bad for the workers who are taking the heat for this but at the same time anything with the *** is serious and this incompetence is baffling.Seems at least one person who can still seem to manage to email me and request more documents and then never confirm they received them could at least pass along my grievance.Business response
