  I would not do business with Primo Dynamic LEDs ever again. They do not do quality work period the end. I bought a brand new set of Morimoto lights through them and had Primo custom paint them. They did not paint them correctly the first time and tried to get me to accept it. I said no and had them re repainted. They sent me the lights and they are not done with any care or quality in mind. The paint lines are bad, no coverage in spots and defects all over. I tried to have them sent back and re done a third time but I was met with excuses. Saying the masking is hard and the paint defects can happen. It's a joke what they did. They did not want to fix their mistakes. Please spend your money else where. Primo falsely portrays himself as one of the best. A kid just learning how to paint and use tools for the first time is more like it. From customer service to quality of work, save yourself a headache and choose a different company. Or do it yourself. It will probably turn out better.

  PSA: DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM PRIMO Dynamic Lighting !I originally ordered my (extremely expensive) custom headlights over a year ago and they were only in my truck approx. 3 months. I ordered & paid for them, took them 3 months to build and ship them to me. Paid for someone to professionally install them. Looked great for about 3 months. Then had to pay a professional to switch them back out for my OEM headlights bc the custom ones were filled with moisture, there were big bubbles in the paint of the housing, one of the projector bulbs was loose and laying over sideways, some of the sequencial lights weren't working properly and several pixels were out. In fact, enough moisture that when they were removed and turned upside-down, water poured out. Sent them back to be rebuilt. After about 3 more months, I received them back, and they were missing the Halo lights. When I emailed them about it, they said IF I wanted them in there, I needed to send them back. Of course I want them, they charged me almost $900 just for the Halos. So I sent them back again, and after almost 3 more months, finally got them back built correctly. Had them installed professionally again, just to discover the Bluetooth ********************* didn't work anymore. Notified them and the options I was given was to either send them back for them to test (which they said could take up to 3 months) or pay for new ones. So, I had to pay $250 for new ones. All in all, I paid almost $2000. Not worth the money it the trouble.

  DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ********. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DONT HONOR 1 YEAR WARRANTY ESPECIALLY WITH 6 MONTH DELIVERY TIME. PLUS THIER HORRIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP. So i purchased custom painted tow mirrors for my 2017 GMC ****** 2500HD Denali with the *** Chasing and ***** switchback with pre installed cameras for tow mirrors ($1,118.28). Purchase was made on 11/29/2021. I didnt recieve them for almost 6 months by then my truck engine went down and truck was in shop for 2 years which was another BBB complaint. Also deployed for over 18 months during the time period. Im military so barely home 4-6 days a month if im not overseas. I finally got around to installing the "plug and play" mirrors today 10/04/2024 and they are no where near plug and play. Tons of additional wires they cant even tell me about and add in wiring harnesses with no installation instructions. They dont even have installation instructions available at all and when asked for atleast a wiring diagram they refer me to a generic video on thier website. Its a guy at a work bench plugging in Headlights to a battery so no help at all. There is nothing to do with my tow mirrors on thier website. I've been to every aftermarket install place where I live and no one will touch them without some kind of installation guide or atleast a wiring diagram. The company told me I'm SOL on installation and my problem to figure out. Also email responses about issues with paint flaking, cracking, and over spray on camera lens said I need to pay them $80 to ship them to them and pay them another $80 for them to ship back to me. They conviently added in that it'd be cheaper for me to pay someone local to fix them for me instead of them. Also they installed the camera wrong on passenger tow mirror and they told me to fix it myself but then there is paint issues and 2 open s**** holes in housing if I fix it myself. So for 1.2k I have 2 paper weights I can't do anything with at all. WORST PURCHASE!

  Ordered Primo Dynamics headlights in February of 2023 and got my headlights 14 weeks later on April 28th. Headlight were good at first. 6 months pass and I have condensation issues on my right side headlight. Contact them and ask for a solution. They told me to seal the edges as if they havent already done that already7 months pass. The left light lower hex halo LEDs start to give out and be out of color. 9 months pass and both the lights controller were out of function. I would change the color to blue and they would turn green. Out of sync technology..Deal with this for quite some time after figuring out what colors are actually what!On July 20th (a year and a few months of having the headlights) the whole lower half of the hex on the left side went out completely. Making my Tacoma look like absolute trash..Contacted them and they told me to send it in and they would fix it for free if I pay for shipping ($100) since it wasnt covered by warranty anymore (1YEAR!!!!). Planned obsolescence is what this company isI asked if there was any type of refund I could have for sending in the old headlights even for electrical components, and they didnt respond. Im an electrician, and I can make better headlights than Primo Dynamics. This company is a joke

  I ordered headlights and taillights. I was willing to wait the *** 12 weeks for my order. My order finally came and the taillights are the wrong year. They are 2007-2009. I checked my order and they say 2007-2013. My headlights are the correct ones however theyre housing that they built is too deep and wont allow the light to sit all the way back without cutting part of support on the truck. I took pictures and videos to send in. Multiple emails sent in and I finally received an email back stating maybe seek a professional for install. Its not rocket science, showed them where it was hitting and still no response. This is probably the worst customer service/company Ive had to deal with. I hope no one else goes through this BS

  Order mirrors , everything is done in house , been 6 weeks and when I ordered it said 3-6 weeks , now they are saying cause of holiday season it could take longer , I order way before , they can give a update on weather or not they even started on it , aggravated that they cant even tell me when it could be processed , for the amount of money you spend you *************** in information on where you are at would be too notch , the lack of we have no clue is not a acceptable professional answer , your work is good but not gold

  took 8 weeks for my taillights and 3rd brake light to arrive. when i got them they were poor quality and there was paint damage and severe clouding on the 3rd brake light, let alone they didnt s*** some license plate lights i ordered as well. customer support ***** and said they wont do anything about it. disappointed to spend a good amount of money for quality products and receive a bad product.

  ***DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY" Primo dynamic states that their custom headlights undergo rigorous testing before leaving the shop. The product arrived in a box that had insufficient protection for my $500 custom headlights. Consequently, one of the headlights was damaged beyond use. I reached out to customer service to return and all they say is they are final sale but they can fix under the damaged product under warranty. A week later and they still have not sent me a return label for their faulty product/packaging/shipping. Absolute scam. Save your money and go elsewhere. You'll save yourself the headache. Wish I would've seen all these reviews on BBB before purchasing.

  Purchased 2011-2016 F-250/F-350 Super Duty LED Headlights (Morimoto) × 1 yes add demon eye yes paint the housing yes add multi colored drl $2,756.99 -$ 551.40 “HOLIDAY20” (20%) ___________ $2,205.59 USD I noticed the 20% off promo code. which gained my business. Upon reviewing the headlights picture on the website. They looked neat, and professional. I receive them to find, the headlights painted the wrong color. Not metallic flake like my vehicle. The paint has 3 large noticeable bubbles on the custom painted bezel, with orange peeling. The RGBW light strips were thrown in, not secured and extremely noticeable, when the lights are on and off. They are wavy along the original light. Nothing like the picture posted. The RGBW APP for the Demon eyes works backwards. Where yellow is blue. I contacted them about my issues. They told me they could attempt to fix them, but it could take 12 weeks after already waiting 12 weeks initially. I said I want a full refund. Then the owner proceeds to tell me, there’s a strict no return/refund policy. Which I could see… but I didn’t get the item I payed $2205.59 for and I didn’t even get them painted to “custom paint match” after originally being asked about the OEM FORD paint code. I highly do not recommend giving this company any of your business. The instagram page has 80,000 followers. But the posts only get a couple hundred likes. Beware of this company.   Absolutely deserves 0/5 stars. I spent 1700 on RGB headlights, which don't even work, and it came in with the wrong etching. I asked them to fix it, and they said they couldn't etch over the existing one because "it wouldn't come out right". Then proceeded to etch over the old one, which obviously didn't come out right. Just like they said it wouldn't. That's blatant. Classifying them as garbage would leave too sweet of a smell for this place. AND they stop responding after they steal your money.
