I bought a van and it was sold to me broken and I had to go back to where I bought it and waste time to get it fixed, then I exchanged it for another one and again on the way back home I saw that it was broken and again I had to waste time to take it back. I had to cancel the contracts and this cost me a lot of money.

Pacific auto Center issue I brought a used car from Pacific auto Center located in **********, ** on august 20th 2024 but didnt officially received the vehicle until August 28th 2024 because of shipping and processing paperwork. There was no documentation or verbal saying about the vehicle already having mechanical issues. After less then a month a check engine light goes on this happened September 20th 2024 the code was PO128 the thermostat had to be replaced. After this I contacted the local ************* dealership to check the vehicle they find multiple problems wrong, including the same issue the thermostat also they find out the brakes and pads needed immediate replacement. The quote to replace everything was ******* after contacting the dealership I bought the car from they told me they would see what they could do so I drive the car 8 hours, 563 miles to the dealership on September 29th 2024 the dealership said they would fix the problems but I would have to buy half. Its now October 12th I have tried calling multiple times, but Im not getting slightly any information about what is happening to my car. I have also been tracking my car with ***** tag and today I find that my car is at an appointment complex. Which shouldnt be there in the first place. My conclusion, I would like a full refund because I dont trust this company it has been a hassle just trying to talk to anyone and now seeing that my car is at a apartment complex. I dont believe the car is gonna come back with all the problems completely fixed.

I sold my 2019 Ram 3500 in July 19 then went to Pacific Auto Center in ******* to cancel my warranty to I could get that money back. The amount should be around $5,000. I waited forever to be seen, and finally was able to sign the cancellation paperwork with their finance department. They told me it would take thirty days to process the paperwork. I have called back a few times, they screen their calls and only answer if you want to buy a vehicle. I had a few issues with them before (false advertising the Ram as a 4x4, brake light issues and bad batteries, which I gave up pursuing). But it is now September 23 and I called Protective Asset Protection to see if the ******* branch filed the necessary paperwork and they said no. I want see Pacific Auto to file that cancellation form so I can get my unused warranty money back.

We already received payoff letter from customer, funds are being processed in order to cut a check for the customer.  It's a matter of days until the customer receives his check.

I purchased a ******************************** Contract ( AAGR *********) from Pacific Auto Center during the signing of the contract for my vehicle. I cancelled the contract one day later (well within the 30 day window) with First Automotive and confirmed cancellation a few days later. Pacific Auto is supposed to refund me the money for the contract. I have called repeatedly (talking to one person when they did answer the phone) and sent a certified letter requesting cancellation and refund. To date there has been no resolution.

So I bought my car from pacific auto center. Contract Date: 09/29/2023, and I was able to pay it off on Date Amount Financed Paid: 10/25/2023. From there I was able to call the warranty that I did not want in the car to cancel, and I went through the steps to get that done. Afterwards, the warranty company emailed me saying I was able to cancel the warranty and I should be refunded within 8 weeks or contact the dealership. I called the dealership after a couple months and they said they will reach out to their people and should get a check in the mail. After months of waiting I call the dealership and they said they will get in touch with me. Then they send me forms to fill out that has nothing to do with my warranty cancellation. I just want my refund and I do not know what to do. Attached is all the forms.

This business sold a used 2014 ******** to my mother who is severely mentally ill and does not have a drivers license. She has been begging dealerships to sell her a car even though her drivers license is suspended and she does not have a physical drivers license. Somehow she was still sold a car and talked into withdrawing $17,000 in cash to pay for it. She is very clearly mentally unwell. I am confused how a car dealership would allow her to buy a car and drive it off the lot with no drivers license.

I bought a vehicle online from Pacific Auto Center in **********. The sales manager told me that although the paperwork all states that the Spartan GPS, Clear Shield Paint protection film, and the ****************** contract were all OPTIONAL, to get me a decent interest rate they were adding them on.The clear shield film is only applied on half the hood and a small portion by the front headlights and looks terrible! They gave me no clear info on ANY of it.The paperwork also states that "Customer is responsible for any fees due in their home state such as tax and registration for purchase of vehicle" and yet they charged me for all of that.I would like reimbursed for the Spartan GPS system I did not want, the Clear Shield film I did not want (and looks terrible), the ****************** contract I did not want, and all the registration and licensing fees that I am supposed to cover in *******.

Bought a vehicle from PACIFIC AUTO CENTER 3/30/24. I traded in a ****** Titan that was not paid off. PAC took my negative equity into my new loan (everything ok and clear) They have not performed the loan payoff but already sold the traded in vehicle and removed it completely from their site. They seem to be winners here. My credit is being damaged for their negligence. I have reached out to get answers but get shoved away and everything gets sweeped under the rug. I need answers and am looking into an attorney.

I bought a box truck with $5000 warranty then I cancelled the warranty before the deadline. The dealer accepted it. But my lender has not received the check after 4 weeks. I tried to call the dealer what is going on but the recerptionist transfer my phone to someone who will never answer the phone. The salesman ignored my text either. Their attitude is completely different from before I bought the car. So for now I just want to ask dealer to send the $5000 check to the lender.

Bought a 2017 Tesla Model X from the ********** location after they match the price of the one I was going to purchase at another dealer around the corner . They stated that the car is pre owned certified and have been fully inspected and everything is in working order . They also told me I was in a 30 days warranty incase of any issue . Paid for the car in full and picked it up on Thursday afternoon 02/22/2024 . Friday morning I realized that one of the 3rd row seat is not working, its stuck on the folded position . Upon contacting the dealer they told me that the car was sold as is and wont fix it . This is less than 24 hours after driving the car home . Bad business practice as they truly did not inspect the car as they stated and did not want to fix the issue .They definitely knew about the issue and did not disclose it as they always had the seat folded down . Will upload text conversation from the service department so that no one else have to go through the headache after purchasing a car from this dealership. Avoid this car dealer at all cost . I attempted to get hold of the *** of this businesses before leaving this review, but unfortunately I was not successful. The service department blamed manager Z for the reason they did not want to fix the issue .
