  On March 15, 2025, I visited Pacific Auto Center in ******* to purchase a 2022 RAM 1500, which was advertised at $31,995. However, when I received the final price breakdown, the dealership added $4,500 worth of non-optional add-ons that I did not request, increasing the total price to $41,064.91a 30% increase from the advertised price.I asked the dealership to honor the advertised price, but they refused to remove the add-ons. This is a clear violation of California Vehicle Code *******, which prohibits dealers from advertising a vehicle at a price they do not intend to sell it for.I am attaching the following evidence:The advertisement listing the vehicle at $31,995 The final quote showing the total price of $41,064.91, including the $4,500 in forced add-ons

  Absolute total scammers. Went to buy a car we saw on auto trader. Live out of state. 1) Would only let us use their finance people who went from *****% to 7.99% in one breath when we threatened to walk. 2) When we first asked about shipping, they said it would be between $700-900. Then when we told them we would need it shipped for sure, they quoted us nearly $2300. We got our own shippers and told them that. Then when we were signing the contract the $2300 for shipping was still a line item for the shipping and we asked them to take it out, they refused and said we had to use their shippers and no other shippers were allowed on their property. We called our auto shippers who were rated first in the nation and they said they deliver thousands of cars a year from dealerships, and this was a first. 3) They tried to slip a $5000 paint warranty into the contract telling us if we dinged the car we could come for a paint touch up knowing full well we live 2500 miles away. 4) The carfax report shows there is a lien reported, and they wont explain to us what the lien is on the title. It was a total word salad that gave us no assurance the title is clean. 5) The receptionist was so wildly unprofessional and rude, there are not words. She should not be speaking to people as a job ever. Just absolutely shady from beginning to end. This is the used car salesman who gives all car salesman a bad name. There is little wonder now why that very nice car has been sitting on their lot for over 4 months.

  Bought a used truck there about 4 years ago and ever since then I e had nothing but trouble with the truck. Its already exceeded the amount of money the warrantee had covered. Ive spent over $30k on fixing this truck. When I first bought it the sales *** said the truck was in perfect running conditions. I tried se wrap times to get in contact with someone and had no luck. They knowingly sold me a truck that had a lot of problems. This place is all about making money off innocent hard working people.

  I do not recommend using this dealership for vehicle purchases. The sales representatives do not know anything about any of the vehicles on the lots, they will tell you that because of a gps and paint protection you will be charged for it, this is how they try to get their commission, no policy is in writing stating you need to pay for the additional cost. Additionally they will not honor any warranty or other claims ie: missing items from the vehicle, you will talk to several people and the manager will tell you what you want to hear and basically write you off. Horrible customer service, the worst I have ever seen.

  So we went in to test drive a car, ***** the salesman was great. Once we got to the pricing it was a Bait and Switch. The advertised price is not the seller's price you are basically forced to pay the add ons of GPS, Etch and Clear concepts that is additional 3200 in our case. Even though clearly on the disclaimer they put on their website states Can be purchased Be careful just add another 3000 to the price. **** explained to me that this is something every dealer does! And he also stated if I could not afford the car, I should look at another vehicle. Could this be construed as illegal advertisement? If I could give **** negative stars, I would.

  I was charge for overprice vin etching 1495$ and 3m etch guard for another 1495$ its clearly unjustifiable and realized that vin etching was not done in the car called them up and was told there were photos that it was place in the car and they blaming it on me that it magically disappear and i dont see any reason to do that told them that i would bring the car to inspect and they still try to put the blame on me like telling me i made all the vin etch magically disappear this place need an investigation!! Also i was asking to cancel the reviver plate and gap insurance cancellation but they dont do a thing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  SHADY ASF dealership!! They make *********************** in ******* look like the greatest car salesman on the planet!!! I should've known from the moment they strong-armed us into posting a 5 star review on Yelp for some sort of discount!! Not to mention the slew of horrible ratings and reviews they have! Months after my purchase my alternator goes out, then I come to find out the battery they sold me with the truck wasn't even the proper size for my vehicle!! They've had my truck for over a week now telling me each passing day it's going to be done and of course IT'S NOT!! They don't bother to call and give updates, when I call them they NEVER answer and they never call back when you leave messages for them to call back they don't!! Now for the worst part, they DENT and SCRATCH UP my truck while it's in their possession to fix a simple alternator!!! I still have yet to get it back from them but they are claiming to have fixed it but how can I believe anything that comes out of their lying mouths anymore?!?! For all I know they probably replaced it with an aftermarket part that won't allow my sensors there to work anymore and if that's what they did, L.A.W.S.U.I.T.!! PLEASE stay tf away from this place and go to a GOOD, CREDIBLE dealership!!!!P.S. when we signed the contract of purchase, there was several cosmetic repairs they needed to fix and never did. They're claiming my warranty ran out even tho it's in the contract in writing that I have 3 years to have it fixed! And my car salesman ******* just gave me the keys afterwards, no handshake, no thank you, no goodbye, no nothing! Just walked away. SHADY FKN PLACE! I don't understand how they haven't been investigated and shut down!!!

  this place is unbelievably pieces of shi*. purchase a vehicle for $64,900 before texting license My tradings equal ****** tax and license 10%. I'll even Roundup for their made up dealership fees call it ***** or even $7,500 which equals ****** for the car out the door should be right so my balance for the loan would be $3,700 please tell me how in the world my balance with the lender upon leaving the dealership was $18,800 that's an insane amount of roughly a 500% increase this place is unbelievably piece of shi*I'm surprised they even have a derating on BBB that is very surprising that they were actually able to accomplish anything but an f or not accredited at all makes me believe it's the one or two positive reviews are obviously manufactured they literally fuc* over everyone that comes to that door

  They sold me a lemon! It had structural damage. Coming to find out when I tried to trade in the truck for another one in another dealer 2 years later.
