      I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received from this company. I ordered an item that I ended up not being able to use. I contacted customer support shortly after receiving the item. After much run around, I returned the item at my own cost and never received a refund for the item.

      I purchased this product in April to be ready for summer. We installed it and it never cooled my house. It cost an extra 300$ in fans on top of the 600$ this cost to try to get air circulating in my home. We contacted them to return and receive a refund. After multiple attempts in troibleshooting with them. They sent us a return label with ****** I returned it and ***** managed to lose an 80 lb package. I have now advised the company that i did as instructed with all the proof and I'm still being denied a refund. This is sheer dishonesty and I'm out 600$. Very bad service from brginning to end.

      One of the worse experience with the customer service and the product I have received is in broken packaging also the hardware is missing. When I complaint about it they say we cant help you with that you can go for Dispute if you want to but the company policy will not refund you anything. **** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORSE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL.

      Spent over $301.28 on a outdoor picnic bench which had all 5 star reviews.Took me a while to get around to assembling it, but when I did I thought it was a great purchase.Not even a couple of weeks later the shine is gone, the 'wood' is peeling (like it's made out of cardboard!), and it looks awful! Omg, it's sooo cheaply made! No way should they be advertising it as outdoor furniture.Bottom line, I now know the reviews are fake. Should've done my research before shopping online from Costway. Don't trust this company.

      This company does not back their products. I bought a kids drivable car and used it for 2months and then stored it in a shed for the winter, took it out to use at springtime and it wont charge to work. It was bought at target and they will not do anything either . So now Im out hundreds of dollars and my granddaughter is upset her car doesnt work ! Terrible customer service .. and products !!

      Costway advertises a 30 day return policy. What they don't say is that it will cost you to return items even with original packaging.

      BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a heavy duty waterproof bath stool from Costway. I knew I would have to assemble it myself, BUT when the box arrived, I couldn't even lift it into my house. 17# plus the huge box. I didn't open the box, but called the company immediately to say I needed to return it. I am 83 years old and no way could I lift it in and out of the shower. They sent a return Fed Ex label today and I returned it. Cost $68.64 and they will only issue $50.64 refund after confirmed to their warehouse. IT COST ME $18 for return label. This is outrageous and I should be reimbursed the full amount!! **************

      This is the worst company and I regret buying anything from them. I purchased a ****** for my disabled friend. When received, it is of poor quality and not heavy duty at all. It is uneven on one side and not safe for him to use. I have called this company several times to get a return label. I have been given the run around and its more than a week and I have not received the label to return the ******. I believe they are forcing me to keep it and this not right.

      No solution on anything that they do AT ALL!Couple months machine work, winter comes and it doesn't and because is 3 months they said: Oh, I'm sorry OUR product is a ********** responsibility so we can't do anything about it.AND THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING, No more email response, NOTHING. WHAT A HUGE SCAM
