Booked a load with this broker, sent all the documents they requested to get set up as a carrier. I went ahead and had my driver head to pickup city that was posted on the load board (approximately 300 miles deadhead). After 4 hours, we still hadn't received a rate confirmation. I called the broker to advise our driver had made it to the pickup city, and she said another dispatcher had booked the load with another company. Absolutely horrible communication. Will not attempt to book any other loads with this company. **** (dispatcher) should learn some communication skills. RidiculousRSC Transport, Inc.

Hello, we definitely uderstand and we agree with the fact that communication is key in this industry. We also need to consider that if no documents have been received from carrier, we are not able to send a Ratecon, therefore we do not have a contract yet.
