QuinStreet **** AKA AmOne has created an online profile for me that I never created. They are refusing to delete this account that THEY created I have taken a screenshot of a do not consent email i sent to their do not consent department. big scam, total fraud. they took my info and make an account i do not approve of. I am simply asking that it be deleted.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:This is the response I got from the company on the BBB website. Also I will CC you the email they sent me which was a link to another link to "open" a case to close my account. I last checked two weeks ago and the account was still open. I was unsatisfied with their response and at this point, a few months have passed and I am over it. I do not want to deal with the company as they are incompetent in handling any business requests. I still felt like someone should know in case anyone has problems with this company in the future as I am thinking their business practices are not the best or ideal for any customer. Thank you for you help concerning this matter. My original complaint with them was quite simple, to delete the account they created with my data that I did not consent for them to create. It seems to me that a customer should be able to activate or make their own account if they wish. The case with them is they had created my account on my behalf without my consent and that made me quite uncomfortable, hence my request. When I simply asked them to deactivate or remove the account with my data, they were not cordial or compliant with my request and I was quite frankly belittled to the point where I felt there was nothing I could do. As I said, I will CC you the email that they sent to me as well. Thank you again ***.
