              I purchased $14000 worth of cabinets, bathroom vanities, counter tops from 405. They told me everything would be available and held once I left a deposit. I paid them for the goods and they sold my items. This was in Oct. They are now telling me they still don't have my items and I need to wait 12 months. They won't even release to me the cabinets that they have so I can start the work. They are refusing to refund me or give me the goods I have paid for. I was told I could pick up my cabinets with a order slip which they are refusing to provide to me. I want a full refund of my money.

              We have had 405 Cabinets help us with several rental unit remodels and our own home kitchen remodel. We have always had excellent customer service from them providing recommendations, being patient as we make our purchase (cabinets, countertops and hardware), through scheduling and providing installation. When one of our rentals had problems with the tracks of a spruce cabinet, they came out and replaced at no charge. The only difficulty we have encountered at times is the wait to have someone in the showroom help us, but they are busy because they are good!
