      I have been paying this company for almost an entire year for SEO services. I was guaranteed a first page listing on 13 platforms and top 5 spot on the maps section of ****** within 3 or so months. Its now been almost a year and my company doesnt show up AT ALL for any of the key words listed for my website. When I asked what the company has been actively doing to get my website listed, they couldnt answer my question. When I asked what they actively do for any website, they couldnt answer me. When I asked how a website gets to the first page of ******, they couldnt answer me. I did some research and found that back links are one of the main ways to get a listing to the first page. I did some more research and discovered that my competitors listed on the first page have HUNDREDS ALMOST A THOUSAND BACK LINKS.MY WEBSITE HASTWO. So in addition to not even showing up on ****** they are virtually doing NOTHING as far as SEO. I literally have no internet presence after an entire year, and the company has no answers for me as to why. I have requested to speak to the owners and they have refused to reach out to me.

      I sign up for advertising with local splash.They said they would have everything up and running within 2 months.It cost $300.00 per month. I was told I would be getting a verification code in the mail within 7 to 10 days from ****** and once I got that verification code it would be up and running.They called me 3 months ago and asked if I received the code from ****** in the mail. I said I have not. They said they would contact ****** and get them to send another code. Which I didnt get.They called me the following week and asked for the code, which I replied. I never received it.They said I had to give them the code in order to move on and get up and running.This has been going on for 3 months now. Im not getting any verification code and they strung me out for over 3 months at $300 a month.Its cost me over $900 dollars to date and I havent received anything except empty promises.I asked for a refund and they said they dont do refunds.

      Your salesman called and told me I would be on ****** page one of the search engine for $299.00 per month and he said it would take one to get it up and running. 1 month went by. No ****** search engine. I called local splash they said they would send me a confirmation in the mail. I never received it. I called back several times and kept getting the same response. Until the month was up and guess what happened next yep they charged my card another $299.00. I called several times they just keep string me along and it cost me a total of $900 before I told them to take there scam and shove it where the sun dont shine. I work hard for my money and its a **** shame the so called companies can actually get away with ripping people off the way local splash does. For anyone thinking about using local splash to help advertise your business BEWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEYYOU GET NOTHING IN RETURN!

      They told me they would create a website for me- never even asked any questions about the process of making the website and what I would like. You can not get ahold of anyone in the company the phone just rings forever and says press 1 to have someone call you back. It doesnt work. No one calls you back and Im out $300 for a service they never did anything for. Scam. Scam. Scam. Be aware. Small businesses dont deserve this.

Unfortunately your account was discontinued the same day service was requested.       I tried to cancel my account after two weeks of no response from Local Splash about specify requested procedure on our ads and direct call number not a call forwarding. They disregarded after saying they would take care of us. The process to cancel with this company is about 20 hours of phone time and I am still where I started. I am planning on reporting them to my bank as fraud at this point I don't know what else to do but fly out there. Truly the worst customer experience I have had in my life.

      Local Splash listed my business on several sites BUT they list there phone number not mine. After spending 600 dollars and getting ZERO leads from them I cancelled my service. They have not removed there phone number from my listings such as Yelp. They are stealing business from my company by doing this.
