7/92024-7/11/2024 I was offered a remote nurse position with Bay Area Community Health in **********. I spoke with *************************** via Skype chat for the interview process. We have been scammed for nearly $4900! The check has been flagged as altered fictious. We are now responsible for paying that back. No one is responding via phone or Skype now.

Contacted ******** Community Center ****** about a $100 refund for a 2020 payment for a service already covered by my insurance. Requested refund in writing to ****************** in August 2022. ******* acknowledged request and forwarded to Accounts Payable for check issue, which could take 2 months. Contacted Billing again on 10/31/2022 requesting a status of the refund. Billing offered to send a message to AP on my behalf asking them to get in touch with me. No one ever contacted me. Since then, I have made several attempts to reach the appropriate party to resolve this matter. Included in those attempts were calls to the ******************, who fail to pick up. MYCHART record online stated that ******* placed a note of paid on 9/6/2022 on my record. This is the date that Billing had indicated earlier to me that they sent the payment request to Accounts Payable for issue. However, AP has yet to send me the check. I am frustrated with trying to resolve this matter with no cooperation from **** and no one to communicate to directly. I would like a response from Accounts Payable as to when I can expect to receive my $100 refund. I have already waited 4 months after being promised that the refund request was sent to AP. I am attaching documentation of my written communication with Bay Area Community Health regarding this matter. Also attached is information regarding Administration of **** that I found upon further research. I have not been able to verify the accuracy of this information, but want to provide it in the event that it may be useful. Please note that Bay Area Community Health was formerly referred to as Tri City Health. Left a detailed message at ************, the number listed as Facilitys Administrators Phone Number. I have received no response.
