On 9/16 we hired and signed a contract starting date 10/5 for paving and installation of the real-life grass with Amigo Landscaping Lic#******. They completed the paving and install the grass. The grass we requested was 90/10 which is fast-growing tall grass. The ground they installed grass was NOT prepared evenly at all. After installation we pointed to **** that the seams of different grass patches are not coming together and also, the ground is uneven. We asked them to bring a roller and make the ground even. They did the rolling but since the ground from the bottom was not prepared correctly the roller did not help. Also, the grass they install was not growing to get it cut. ****, said the ground will even up after the rain, we had so much rain and the ground is the same. **** said after the grass gets cut the ground is getting even, the grass was cut for the first time 2/11/2023 by us for the first time after 11/2/2022 installation. I have contacted him to come and have a solution for this problem, **** said now when the weather gets hot the ground gets even and grass grows, which none make any sense. I asked for the type of grass he said it is a Dorf grass we did not order Dorf grass, after he check his record, the story changed and send me a receipt that is all erased and made up nothing showing. He has a warranty for his work for one year till 11/2/2023 and **** is not willing to honor it. We are asking ASAP either to fix this problem was caused by their unprofessional work at NO Cost to us or Amigo Landscape pay for all work gets done by another company. Which includes removal, installation, preparation and labor by a different company for new lawn. If they decide to complete the job the warranty should be extended to one more year after completing the grass removal and correction.
