      Purchase date: 8/10/21. Receipt #*****. Purchase price: $800.00. Business committed to repair within one year from the date of purchase. Nature of the dispute: The business has not tried to resolve the issue. The equipment , FJ-700, stopped working and was returned for repair on 7/17/22. I called 9/23/22 at 3:05 pm, a company representative told me that it would need 2-3 months for the part for the repair. I called 2/24/23 at 3:15 pm, a representative promised to give me a call back on the issue. Never did. I called 5/1/23 at 10:50 am, a representative promised to check and call me back that day. No call.

      I am writing to offer my sincerest apologies for the delay in completing the repair service on Kien's machine. I fully understand the inconvenience and distress caused to Kien.

      We encountered unforeseen challenges, such as parts and labor shortage during and after the ******19 pandemic. In order to extend or compensation as a token of our apology, we offered **** a new machine for replacement to demonstrate our commitment to his satisfaction. **** has picked up the new machine on Jul 3 at our store.  We appreciate ****'s patience and understanding throughout this process.
