    When you come to this business to purchase then they welcome you. But when you have a problem with your vehicle then no one can solve the problem for you.Im so regret to come to this dealer to purchase the vehicle. I bought the brand new Cayenne 2024 and the *** screen was not working. While you were driving either you used the navigation or not the screen automatically black out and you need to stopped driving and turned off the engine completely then restarted for the screen back to normal. Im so disappointed the Porsches brand name and disappointed at the Porsches Fremont dealer. I got my vehicle last December 2023 and until now is 5-6 months but I left my vehicle at the dealer to be fixed the screen almost 3-4 months and I still need to make monthly payments for it. Thats ridiculous right but its happened to me. They keeps promising to take care of it but my problem is still there and nothing resolves. I lived in ********** and has been filed complaint the same issues for 3 times thats meant the dealership need to do something about it. But seem like they keep let me hanging in there and try to keep and fixes the *** screen but they knows it not going to work probably. Very disappointed ?? Anyone consider to purchase Porsches Cayenne and need to rethink about that. And stay away Porsche of Fremont dealer because they will take care your problems properly when you need it.
