    I am giving Eastessence.com 2 stars, although my issue with them is pretty much the same as the other customer reviews here, which are all 1 star ratings. The only good thing about this business is that they shipped my order within the time frame they promised in the terms on their website. This business loses 3 stars from me because of the terrible return process and because of the poor quality control of their clothing. I've had to file a claim with PayPal and also escalate the issue because the owner/person I've been trying to communicate with regarding the return has been running me around in circles. They agreed to refund me, minus the shipping and customization fee. However, after I already returned my unworn, unused outfit, Eastessence.com has not refunded me and it's been almost 2 months since I sent the outfit back. I'm still waiting on PayPal's decision regarding my case, but you can bet I'll never shop here again, and I'll warn everyone I know to not purchase from Eastessence.com because of their deceptive customer service.

    Ive done business with them multiple times and I do not recommend **** has horrible customer service and she will lie and shout at you they do not pay for returns and they try to ********** credit on you unless you put up a fight the quality of the clothing has gone downhill tremendously the colors of the clothing seems to always be off they say the offer plus sizes and the offer different lengths all for extra charges which pricing is on their website but if you return lets say a 3xl medium length they will not refund the extra **** for size 3x or the **** for the medium length stating that its custom length and sizes which is not true how is it custom if I didnt input my measurements smh I spent over $200 with them the last order and I had to fight and keep calling just to get my money back they tried to lie and say I wanted store credit etc all the skirts have been so thin they arent worth what youre paying for steer clear of this business

    scam artists. clothing didnt match description, i asked for a prepaid return label, they offered partial refund instead, and to keep the item- i agreed. refund never came. i asked where it was and they refused to send it and told me instead they gave me store credit! filed a claim with paypal against them. they said to return the item after they knew i had removed the tags because we agreed i would keep it, so they said you cant return it without tags and refused me the partial refund they promised me. they are liars and thieves, no integrity!! do NOT do business with these scam artists.
