Hiring ****** company was a big mistake. I am writing this review mainly to help you not go through the same bad experiences as I did working with this company. I have worked with many contractors this past year and ****** company is the one I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to work with. Here is a few of our bad experiences working with ****** company.1. He tried to overcharge us in any way he could after we were already contract. He tried to charge $200 to move equipment that was not going to be used for over a week.2. The next problem came when I noticed that there was a part of the stucco that wasnt being done. He said that its because I had a deck there before and it would be EXTRA CHARGE if I wanted that done. The deck wasnt there when he started his stucco work and on the contract we agreed on stated doing the stucco work on the whole house. After confronting him with this information he finally did the job. If you dont micromanage he will do the bare minimum.3. Third problem came with the amount of cracks on the stucco even after the second coat. I noticed that this is something mentioned a lot on his reviews and its definitely true. I understand such cracks might happen over time but you shouldnt accept that happening right after the stucco job is done. Check and double check the work. 4. ****** scheduled the final inspection without making sure were ready for the inspections. There I was 8 months pregnant, with a bad contractor not giving any guidance to pass the second final inspection since we didnt pass the first final inspection. He went as far as mentioning an item that could be a problem to pass the final second inspection on the day of the inspection. I hope this review helps you with what to look for when hiring a respectful business. Remember, construction projects will have its challenges because its part of managing such projects, but having a good contractor will make a big difference. I wish you the best on your project!
