    I took my car to secure it new on 2/27/2023 and took delivery of my car 6/21/2023. Between that time frame bill at secure it new made illegal repairs to my hood which I didnt ask for. **** went to my insurance (progressive) and told them I needed paint blending which I didnt because there was no damage to my hood only the front of my fenders and bumper had a little damage.**** at secure it new was also never apart of the bureau of automotive and repairs during the duration he he had my car and the bureau concluded that **** was never supposed to render services to the public and hes not able to receive payment. Hes also called me numerous of times asking if i would take a couple thousand dollars from the insurance to right his wrongs. All I want is the full payment to be returned to me.

    Our goal is to devote 100% of our effort to produce a fantastic product and over the top service for our customers.  Hence the A+ BBB rating and 30 years in business.  ******************** is unfortunately incorrect in his statements.  He claims I illegally repaired the hood on his car.  He also claimed I was never supposed to render services on his car.  He also claims I am trying to take thousands of dollars from the insurance company.  He is also claiming that I owe him a refund of $10,500.  

    This was an insurance claim and we fight hard every day for our customers to receive approval from insurance companies for their requests to bring their vehicle back to pre-damage condition.  It is normal practice for us to paint blend adjacent panels to damage areas or else the paint will not match.  On 5/17/23 we received a supplement approval from his insurance to paint blend the hood.  On 5/19/23 we discussed why the hood needed to be paint blended and got approval from ******************** to proceed.  We have all phone records and emails to prove it.  We also were able to get him all OEM parts and a full decal kit that was originally denied by his insurance as per his request.

    We are a service provider for his insurance company and an approved paint shop for services rendered on his car.  And we received all approvals from ******************** to do all the services rendered with proper documentation.

    This is an insurance pay job.  I never received a dime for this expensive repair.  We are the ones out $10,500.  ******************** ripped out of our parking lot without paying his deductible or signing the insurance check.  How can he demand $10,500 in a refund if he never paid any money for the repairs?  The money comes from the insurance.  ******************** has refused to sign the insurance check made out to both of us.  Statements of me trying to take money from the insurance is just simply wrong.  I have agreed to issue money to him if he is unhappy with our services from the insurance check.  As you can see in his image attachments that he needs to contact me if he wants any of the insurance money distributed.  After numerous attempts over months he has yet to contact me.
