My catalytic converter was cut and insurance referred us here since it was in their network. The car is a 2006 accord so I am fully aware that it was not in the best condition. My son got home from picking it up and noticed the driver side door would not open from the inside so he had to roll down the window and open it from the outside. He then noticed that the passenger door handle from the inside was broken, literally in half. I contacted the shop and the manager-Bob advised me to take the car in this morning. When we arrived, he seemed nice then we got out to the car and he started pointing out issues with the car.The bumper is messed up, the glove compartment is broken etc.We went back inside and he talks to one of the women in the front who said that when the car was towed in the door didn't open.Funny response because the car wasn't towed in.We drove it there and she knew that since she told us we would have to leave it due to it being unsafe to drive back home due to the smell.I never once asked for them to fix or replace anything other than what was broken while in their care which was the door handles.A guy name Tom came out and became extremely confrontational. All of this happening while Bob is making excuses of how no one would of broken the handle and no one sat in the passenger seat although the seat was completely reclined back.Tom kept yelling just buy them a new door handle then Bob.Truly unprofessional! I even had to tell Tom to get out of my face being that he is a man and literally yelling at me.Bob then took my son and the car to the back and when they came out my son said his solution was for my son to go buy the parts and he would have his guys fix it.Now why in the world would that be a solution? I told Bob, no thanks. We will go ahead and report it to our insurance and I will be contacting BBB as well as leaving a bad review. His response was please mention I at least tried to help. I laughed and said by having us buy the parts that you broke?

This is correct. After complaining to my insurance, they reached out to Fernando-******** rep at the shop. Fernando ordered the parts and my son picked it up and will be fixing it himself. I no longer trust my vehicle in their care nor do I want anymore encounters with their staff.
