Took over our apt complex 3 months ago. **** was in charge of our property. When we asked how and what we need to do for our 30 day notice because we were moving he stated we could email him a 30 day. So my husband did. When it came to our last 14 days of rent (we left mid-month) online was requesting a full month's rent. I called Norm and he said it was policy. I stated I've never heard of that and it wasn't in our agreement and requested the info in writing. He stated he could not and that if we left early we'd be compensated even more for leaving early (which I've also never heard of). When I call their main line it goes straight to the voice-mail of Norm so I have no one else to speak to
