  I'm a tenant at KRC Management but before them was STONEYBROOK apts. September 2003 was my move in *** bought the property from another company. Before KRC Management there was a set of 4 units 512 South Winery had a fire as these people's upgraded the outside and inside vacant units they raised their unit market value to 10% and not 5% like others apartments in ***************** and elsewhere. I'm the oldest tenant in this property and just bcuz this building fire before KRC Management became owners they bought it and restored the fire damaged building and made it hard for poor people's to afford their units unless your on housing assistance and they attempted several times to get section 8 out this property bcuz of this fire building damage they said that nobody is not to put patio furniture BBQ pits no plants on our patios there's nothing for the kid's to play on the property but they want people's to play this high rent those who are not on section 8 paying this outrageous high rent. I have proof of their new rental agreement of market value of 10% from $1200 to 1600 to $1760 on paper but we can't enjoy our living in *********** Luxury apartments as the name of property I lives with other people's as tenant's as well our privileges were stripped from us just bcuz of a building that had person being reckless with a item left on the stove these owner's wasn't owner's of property when fire happened they came after the fact. But everyone has to suffer bcuz this building wasn't while KRC Management been owner's if you look at the records before KRC MANAGEMENT bought the property it was stoneybrook the last owner's were owner's when this building had the fire damage. A investigation needs to be required bcuz how these people's has been running it's not fair to tenant's who are living in their property as I am present.   This company is inhumane. They don't fix anything. They're basically slum lords. They give me a 3 day notice. Because I couldn't pay my rent. Due to I was a victim of somebody who scammed and took my money from my bank account. Then I want to go to the county to get assistance so I could get my rent paid. They denied it and said they don't take that kind of payment, they discriminate against. The payment that they were going to receive. Basically They told me to take my voucher and take it to another complex. So I can get a place there. This company has humiliated me discriminated against me. And double standards to me.And my children. They're discriminating against my children because they are special needs. KRC Management LLC Needs to hire. All new employees and fire these ones that they have. Why, because these people are inhumane? Don't care . About their tenants. This Ronald And his employee and Angie Have just humiliated me in front of half of their staff. Instead of pulling me to the side and talking to me privately. They did it openly in front of everybody what was inappropread Me And then laughed at how I got the voucher to pay my rent. And double standards. There are people who live in my complex who have the same amount of children I have but some of them have a one bedroom. But hes asking me to move. Because I have too many kids in my unit. But doesn't see the rest of the tenants who live on this premises who have the same amount of people in their home. This man is insensitive him and his employees They are basically ripping my kids from their home. The only place that they know. They are repeating them from their community from their school from their friends I'm the only place I used to livein Because they refuse, and they discriminate it. The way I was going to pay my rent. Now I am forced to live on the street with my Special needs children. Until we find a place, I am basically have to live in a shelter until I find A place for my kids to live.

  These people are horrible excuses for human beings they treat their tenants like trash. They bought ashmark arms and it’s just the worst never fix anything regardless of how many work orders you put in. The property manager is just useless she never does anything to fix your problems half the time you have to hunt them down to pay rent. These people should all be locked up for being slum lords.

  Noel A. and Antonio Z. KRC Management is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I used to live at the Reserve Apartments. They illegally evicted the entire complex with a 90-day eviction for a cause with no supporting documentation that is required per the California Tenant Protection Act. They also served me documentation that I did not have to pay rent for the months of August and September, and then turned around and tried to charge me for August which could potentially leave an eviction on my record. I am still battling this and I am willing to take it to court because it is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They have not given me my security deposit back nor have they been answering my calls to do so. Yuliana and Rosa are two of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come into contact with. DO NOT RENT FROM KRC MANAGEMENT!!!
