I purchased a prom dress for my daughter and thought what a great deal! I read the return policy and thought ok, reasonable enough for a new dress. Imagine my shock and surprise when I opened the package and saw the straps on the dress were hanging by threads. The dress also had deodorant stains on the armpit area and it had clearly be previously worn. I immediately took my phone out when unpacking and made a video and took pictures. Within one hour of receiving the dress I emailed them and made them aware of how I received the dress. I included videos and pictures and made them aware of how disappointed and really upset I was that a used dress had been sent to me. The advertisement for the dress mentioned nothing about it being worn or used. Their response to me was:Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We understand how disappointing it must be to receive an item in this condition.Regarding your concerns, we would like to clarify that all sale items are sold as-is, per our store policy. While we strive to ensure that all products are in good condition, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.We understand your frustration with the condition of the dress, and we appreciate your feedback. However, as the item was purchased as a sale item, we are unable to offer a return or exchange in this case.They had no concern at all for sending a used dress and pretty much said live with it because our policy says we can send you whatever and you have to accept it. Absolutely horrific that a dress boutique would think they can send a dress in such awful conditions whatever and slap a policy of "too bad" onto it. What an awful disappointment!Mia Bella The Label

Upon reviewing your case, we requested pictures of the deodorant stains to better understand the issue, but we did not receive any photos showing the stains. The only images we received were related to the straps, which are typically expected on sale items and do not reflect the overall condition of the ******** clearly stated in our sale section on the website, **all "SALE" items are sold as-is and are final sale**. We encourage customers to secure these pieces before they are gone for good, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items. We make every effort to ensure that sale items are in good condition, but minor imperfections can occasionally occur.We truly value our customers and regret that we could not resolve this to your satisfaction. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with one of your employees. During our phone conversation, they abruptly hung up on me without providing any resolution to my issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and *************** make matters worse, I discovered that your business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which only further erodes my trust in your company's ability to provide reliable and high-quality customer service.I strongly urge you to address this behavior and take steps to improve your customer service standards. This company marked a dress down to a very reasonable price. I paid the price plus shipping costs. They called me afterwards to tell me that they had already sold it. Offered that I choose another dress. (Naturally I am thinking this was due to the inconvenience). Nope! Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional! Tried to force me to send $140 more for the dress! We truly regret that your experience with us was not as you had ******** soon as we received your order, we immediately reached out to inform you that the size 6 dress you had purchased had unfortunately sold out in-store, but we did have a size 12 available. We also mentioned that these dresses tend to run small, and suggested that you take your measurements to see if it might fit, or consider having it altered by a seamstress. However, you chose not to proceed with that option. Additionally, we offered to cancel the order and issue a refund if none of the other options appealed to you.When you expressed a preference for a royal and bright white dress, We worked with you to find similar options that would suit your style. I appreciated your openness in this process, and as we discussed, I offered you a gown that was royal in color and priced at $99, which we were happy to send once the price difference was covered. When you then asked about a $189 dress, I made it clear that we could only proceed with shipping it once the price difference was covered. At that point, you became frustrated and upset. I want to emphasize that we never "forced" you to pay the price difference. As you can imagine, its simply not feasible for us to sell a $189 gown for $49.Throughout our conversation, we were committed to offering solutions that could work for you, and we were never rude or unprofessional. I had the best experience with this business!.. I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and really had no idea of what to look for. First off, the selection is fantastic!! Such a variety of styles for every occasion. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!! The ladies helped me pick out a bunch of dresses in different styles and colors and truly made my shopping experience greatly enjoyable and stress-free. They took the time to help me find the right fit along with offering styling advice. Ill definitely be returning for future events!!Mia Bella The Label

This is fraud store and site. They lie about everything. One time they said they are shipping that night after waiting for 4 weeks. Then they keep saying they will be shipping by Monday then no email. Again they said they are shipping by tomorrow. This has been happening 5 times now. This is so frustrating. Fathema in response to your complaint please refer to the following:To be accused of fraud would mean we had no intention of ever fulfilling your order. The facts are as follows:We are a boutique/retailer authorized by the designer ********; We inadvertently made a *** label for your daughters order;The dress she ordered was in high demand due to the low price and great quality;These dresses ship from ***** and the shipping unfortunately is not the most reliable which creates an issue for the designer and end user;We were told on a number of occasions it was coming and it made it a couple of days later, which didnt help your daughters wear date;We got a call from your daughters father who said he would accompany her to find a substitute dress, we offered to refund her or locate a similar dress, which she did;When he came with her it was very intimidating to the young employees as he was seen on our store cameras, observing the girls and not assisting his daughter, this was very disappointing to see. Your emails became very strange requesting the dress be provided free for all the trouble you had gone through. We are not sure what your requests are about but we remain committed to serving our customers in a healthy manner and maintaining a healthy environment for our employees The mother did threaten in an email to go forward with reporting us if we did not issue a full refund of the second dress her daughter ***** selected. We dont give out free dresses other than to people in need. It is also in inconceivable that any employee would be insensitive to your daughters situation. 1 starI had called to make sure I would get my ************* minutes after ordering and spoke with someone reassuring me this would be the case since I needed time for alterations before my wear date. They were made aware of this. I had also emailed multiple times. The store dropped the ball despite my attempts at communication. This was unnecessarily stressful. I did not lie. I spoke to my credit card and per their recommendation placed a dispute. Once the dress was received, I dropped it but I would bot do business with them again. The fact that they are still disputing this almost a year later is very telling. They have horrible ratings because they are not reliable, don't take accountability and therefore cannot change for the better.Review fromDeby B

BEWARE of ‘Return Policy’! Online does have a return policy of: (step 1) after signing receipt pkg arrived, you have 28 hrs to “request a right to return”…they’ll give you a # to put on outside of box or it will be refused. Then (step 2), you have 5 business days to ensure pkg is received & then (step 3) Mia Bella The Label charges a 10% “restocking fee”!!!! Remember you pay for the return shipping, too. Never heard of a restocking fee or such a short return period w/ strict rules. Horrible experience. I’d put zero stars if an option!Mia Bella The Label

this is the communication we had with the customer : I called her back explaining without a return authorization on the package it is refused this is why on our website the terms and conditions explains you must obtain a return authorization. Furthermore she wasn't aware she had ordered a size 2 and she was taking care of her sick boyfriend. She didn't read the return policy. I tried to offer her the return but she was upset that she would have to pay the return ups fee and the 10% restocking, she didn't want to exchange for a smaller size ether. There is nothing I could offer her to satisfy her. Prior to my speaking to her she called the staff very upset and the following took place: - did not know return policy at all, thought she could just put the dress in the mail to us and we'd take it - upset its a 48 hour policy, called short string - upset we refused package even though she had never submitted return request - claimed she will call credit card dispute it - said leave multiple bad reviews - yelled at all of us - called us unlegitimate - wouldn't let us talk, was unreasonable - our explanations were not good enough for her - we both remained very calm and tried to explain why our policy is what it is told her we will have someone call her back.
