      Permit poachers. What liars. Pulling open permits from legitimate companies and then telling those customers theyre sister companies. Why would anyone trust thieves?

      I had my house painted and a new roof put on. Now I wanted to put up solar panels and called Semper Solaris.They had to change the electrical panel box. They cut about 3 inches to much all the way around it. Then just shoved stucco in. I had to touch up paint around it. But no matter what, it still looks like ****, and its on the street view so every car going by sees it, "after my new paint job". Then they left off the panel door latch so it just flaps in the wind. I told them about that and no help. I told them, just send it to me and I'll put it on, and nothing from them. I've looked for the part at ********** and Amazon and can't find it. And no help from Semper Solaris.On the roof, they started by installing the panel mounting rails in the wrong place and had to move them. Now there are torn shingles and s**** holes outside the panels, I can't see what it looks like under the panels. "In my new roof". and it looks like a herd of buffalo tramped across it. If my roof doesn't leak this winter it will be an absolute miracle.If you want anything from customer service you might as go talk to the stop sign down the street.

      Semper Solaris was a good and affordable option for Solar. After working with multiple companies, Semper Solaris sales representative Corey K**** was able to provide the best price. The company has been responsive when calling customer service or sales representative. They were very helpful when trying to reach the deadline to stay on the *** ***.

      found out about Semper Solaris through online research. I decided to go with them because they are veteran owned. My salesman, Bob K***, was as thorough as they come. He is very personable, very likable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail. I had two crews for installation. The first crew reroofed a portion of my existing roof. From the get-go I would receive daily updates from the project manager. He always called to keep me posted about the progress after the crew left for the day. I am very knowledgeable about home construction and when they were finished with the installation I would never have known that they were there at all. They were very clean and I am very happy with the work that they did. The crew that installed my solar panels was also very professional. I asked them lots of questions and they patiently answered everything and took time to explain how everything works. I 100% recommend Bob K*** and Semper Solaris! Both of my kids have already had solar installed by Bob at my recommendation!

      I’m absolutely delighted with Semper Solaris and my solar expert, Robert A. He guided me through the very enteric process that is solar, and I can’t wait to be a “Self-Powered” home!

      This stared in Feb, 2022, Contact SS andrew S******* their rep explaing the procedure, I signed over $1000.00 'Good Faith' to them. Scheculed initial inspection. Complete late Feb. Left message with Andrew, his response was that PLANS approved, Permits paid. He also wrote that to schedule 'construction ' start in 2 weeks - never heard form him again... till I inquired in late April that I am planning vacation - could we get together. No response. Finally I made a claim on this website (now I cannot find it) and let Andrew know I am NOT pleased. He contacted me the next day telling me plans are NOT approved and Permits NOT paid. WTF??? I pointed out that was NOT was he told me previously .the more he talked, the more angry I got. Now he was telling me that the county is 5 WEEKS behind (not their fault). I told him again - this is what you wrote to me. Things escalated quickly. I also received a phone call from the contractor , Robin, that he is aware of the issues between me and SS (I want a REFUND - damn liars) and that he had all the PARTS and would come over at my convenience, and INSTALL the system without PERMITS...I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So we went from having passed inspection to NOT passing and NO permits to having a contracting doing the work WITHOUT PERMITS. Andrew still wanted to 'talk' to me - I have had enuf!. Later received a call from Highland Engery (parents of SS) Elizabeth PLEADING with me yesterday 5/11/2022 to allow them to talk to me to resolve this MISUNDERSTANDING. How she spent ALL DAY pleading with the country for the position THEY put SS in. Never heard so much B.S. the is no misunderstanding - the company, Semper Solaris is predatory. The rep blatantly LIED, then tried to cover up. They also coerced the contractor to install WITHOUT getting permits, and last was to convince me to 'give them a chance because they worked so hard NOW...This is 'run by VETS??? I spit on this - no MARINE would do this - re

      I purchased a backup battery for my solar system we installed over 5 years ago. Semper Solaris promptly and efficiently was able to retrofit our system. The workers were very respectful of our property, adhering to all COVID protocols. I highly recommend Semper Solaris.

      I was referred to Semper Solaris by my neighbor. My salesman, Bob K***, was great. He was very responsive and always answered all my texts immediately. Bob makes magic happen. Whenever I had a question, he followed up with Semper Solaris for me and got everything resolved quickly. My work crew was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Some of their original workmanship wasn't up to my standards, but after I spoke to Bob, they fixed everything so that I was happy. I would absolutely recommend Bob K*** and Semper Solaris.

      I heard about Semper Solaris from tv ads. Bob K*** was great. He came during prime Covid time. My mom was hesitant so we met in the backyard and, even though it was windy, Bob stuck it through. Bob was straightforward, explained everything and designed a system that worked for us. It was pain free and Bob was a super nice guy. I had two work crews; one HVAC team and one solar team. Both teams were thorough about updating me with their progress and answering any questions I had. They were informative and kept the job site clean and clear. Their work was great. I 100% recommend Bob K*** and Semper Solaris. It's awesome and I'm glad I did it!

      I spent thousands of dollars for a solar generation system. I fell for the ads on the radio. Semper Solaris was responsive and installed a system. They promised a net neutral system and it cost me alot. I was surprised to get my first true up cost for $1500.'Over the past three years, It has averaged $1300 for true up cost over the last three years. I've contacted Semper Solaris and they blamed it on me. My over consumption. The fact is that 3 years ago my children moved out and it's only been my wife and me. I'm so disappointed that Semper Solaris won't take responsibility. Semper Solaris actually came out to review and said that it seems that they under estimated my power needs and that they would fix this. But apparently the truthful employee was fired and now they deny my lack of power generation. A dushonest Semper Solaris. They charge you alot but take no responsibility.
