  I opened an account on July 10th 2016. I did not have a drivers license so the woman working inside the Nees and Milbrook told us that the person helping me move could use his license and I could sign on as 2ndry. She told us we would have equal access. I was given a key. The only person given a key and we moved my stuff in. The person who signed on as primary was arrested for attempted murder on April 16th 2015. He was sentenced 15 years and was supposed to serve 10. I have had people try to find him, I sent a Facebook to him this morning, April 15th. was late a couple of times and they changed the lock and let me in , no problems. they let me in as soon as I was caught up. When I was a couple of months later I went in and **** , who no longer works there, told me he couldn’t let me in even though my name was on as 2 ndry. I was late again called to pay. They took my payment over the phone and guaranteed access. When I went the lock was still on and I was told no again. Over the past two years it has been a battle so I paid when I could and made sure to catch up when I could. I went in March of 2022 and have kept my payments up. On the occasion I 1st caught up I was told if I caught up they would let me in and close the account and then if I wanted to stay I could turn around and reopen it in my name. I did what was asked and I have been told that I needed a signed motorized letter from a prison inmate who threatened to kill two people when he gets out. I also have been unable to find him in the prison system. I do everything they ask. I am paying on time and they are now refusing to take my stuff out of auction and send the paper work back to the unit so that I have the ability to close it out. I have been paying for 5 years. The money has only come out of my pocket and they change the rules to fit themselves. They are thieves and liars,3 occasions , forcing me to keep my things there. Why are my things in auction when they have been paid on time? Thieves.

  July92022 The derrels mini storage on ******* n *****.In clovis. Unit ***is in my n boyfriends name ******* ****** .around 730am to my storage unit to start cleaning it up so I can find important paperwork for getting my 8 year old son back and to try and gather clothes something decent for a job interview because I'm 3 months pregnant and my boyfriend is in the hospital and haven't been able to pay my bill and so I needed to gather up some things and my sick boyfriends stuff to pack up and then this grown old man rolls up on a golf cart being very disrespectful before I could even say anything.He was yelling at me saying I'm not allowed to go through my property when i haven't paid the bill. I haven't been able to pay it with my boyfriend in the hospital and me currently with no job but looking for work and it's only 1 month late.If I would have known I wouldn't be able to go through my things when haven't paid the bill I would have never rented out at derrels mini storage.But anyways I was crying to the guy telling him I was trying to find paperwork for getting my son back n some other paperwork for my car.And he didn't care he was very rude and disrespectful saying to pay my bill and maybe I might get my kid back.and I told him I havent been able to pay cause my boyfriend has been in the hospital for over a month n that I was pregnant and he told me he was going to call the cops on me.he just kept on talking n having 0 respect and having no heart telling me I can cry all I want but it's not going to get me what I need out of there.He was rude the entire time.my friend came to pick me up he continued to run his mouth as I was leaving I don't understand why he drove up all crazy yelling at me to get out my storage unit.He could have approached me differently, nicer maybe and with some respect asking nicely instead of threatening me.I didn't know I wasn't allowed to go through my stuff. But I just really need to get my important stuff out of there.Please.helpme
