    Our sales rep failed to tell us they sold a separate part for the spare tire to be mounted elsewhere. We had an issue with communication and understanding of our concerns shortly after we began our first order with Scelzi. Had a paint warranty immediately leaving the shop once we noticed the rack wasn't painted properly. That took a month to get taken care of. Tried to escalate the matter with management only to be black-listed from purchasing any parts for this body we just bought. **** ****** has purposely avoided my calls to seek a solution. We have done nothing but pay full price for a product that came back with paint issues and no ability to buy parts of we need repairs or to upgrade our purchase. Paid $17k Only seeking to have the company sell us the part for our spare tire we never had the opportunity to order as it affects the safety of our vehicle on the road and they are the only manufacturer

    We would like to address the issues at hand. The “Paint” Issue mentioned was a smudge that was taken care of by a mobile detail shop who went to the customer, and even detailed his entire unit -- which went above and beyond the poor customer service he described. We regret that he feels it wasn’t handled expeditiously enough but there were other issues the customer kept bringing up during the process that slowed everything down.  Had the customer let our Warranty department just handle the paint claim as they were trying to, it would have been handled much faster.

     

    As far as his claim that he has been “black-listed”, our team is instructed not to entertain hostile customers.   We are instructed to let other employees know when we have a customer that frequently belittles us and curses at our employees with the toxic and vulgar language, he displayed so that our entire team can be aware of what they will be dealing with when speaking with them.

     

    Mr. ****** was not “avoiding” the customers calls, he did return his call and left a voicemail, however as he was told on the phone, Mr. ****** had a complete Laryngectomy (removal of the voice box). It is extremely difficult for him to speak at all let alone over the phone. We are his voice and have relayed to you what he wanted said and back to him what you wanted said.

     

    Mr. ****** and Mr. ***** have already come to an agreement about his purchase of particular add on parts that are not standard listed items for our bodies.
