    On 2/22/2022 I signed a contract and invoice for the total costs of a cremation of a family memeber, which subsequently occured. Included in the cost was $120 for 5 death certificates. I have called multiple times regarding the death certificates which I never received. I live in **************** and made several trips to So Cal to deal with estate issues. Family members had to pick up death certificates at Vital Records in order to deal with estate issues. I asked ********* at ********* to send me the Certificates I paid for or refund the money. I have not received either. At this point, 3 months after the cremation, and having to pick up certificates ourselves, I would like a refund. I never get a return call, and only emergency services is answering their phones. It really looks like a terrible business.

We understand how important these documents are for handling estate matters, and we deeply regret any delays and miscommunication that occurred during the process.  Upon reviewing your case, we found that an incorrect Social Security Number (SSN)was initially provided, which caused a significant delay in obtaining the death certificates. We take full responsibility for this error and understand the added burden it placed on you and your family. Our team has already issued a full refund to you for the cost of the death certificates you paid for.  We also want to assure you that we have implemented measures to prevent such errors from occurring in the future. We have revised our documentation process and enhanced the accuracy checks to ensure the correct information is collected from our clients.  Please accept our continued condolences on the loss of your loved one.
