    Dignity ********************** placed an order for a sterile room stainless steel table from Terra Universal on 10/5/2021 and paid $1,647.66 for the order. The table was delivered on 10/7 and forklifted by a delivery company to the pharmacy. Upon inspection of the table same day, we found out that the table was damaged - it had a deep dent and scratch in the middle. We also noted that the table was sent out on the pallet without any box , it had just a thin paper cover on the top. Immediately we contacted the seller via email on 10/7/21 reporting that the item was delivered damaged (***************************, BS Mechanical Engineering, Sales Associate ************** Direct ************** Fax **************). On 10/12/21 we received a response from ***************************** ***************** ************** Direct| ************** Fax **************) stating that they would work on getting the damaged part replaced. However, the seller is asking us to ship back the stainless steel table on which I had to respond back informing them that our pharmacy does not have the ability to package heavy SS table and place it on the pallet - it requires a fork lift. Since the company cannot arrange for a pick up, ***************************** offered a store credit back - I had to refuse store credit option and asked for a credit back to the original payment method ***** card). My request was declined and my emails have being ignored. Terra Universal is not capable to provide a proper packaging and consequently delivery of their products to customers without any damage. They kept apologizing for inconvenience assuring that would reconsider their packaging practices however it does not solve my issue. I received a damaged product and requesting to honor the credit of $200 back to **** card (original card used to pay the invoice). I will NOT accept it as a "store" credit since Terra Universal have unacceptable packaging practices and cannot guarantee to customers that product would arrive intact.

    Worst Customer experience I have had in all my years of ordering in this industry. From inexperienced sales reps not knowing what to quote all the way to the incompetent customer service reps that do not follow through. The vinyl walls we ordered have been delayed week over week for 7 weeks. I am beginning to see what the other reviewers are talking about here. I have been told by 4 different people at Terra that the vinyl walls we ordered will be completed in the next day or two with a tracking number to be sent to me. I follow up after day 3 and I get the same response. I then follow up again and the same thing happens. I finally was told today that ***** would go back to the production ************* with the manager and call me back. Instead of a call I get an email telling me the same info that it is delayed yet again blaming labor, material, and uncomfortable working conditions. I was also told at the beginning of the ordering process that I could pay a huge expedite fee to receive the product faster. But then we got steam rolled by another order that was expedited the same day we ordered. This is only vinyl sheets with a plastic edge sewn on. How incompetent can this company be that they cannot turn this in a couple weeks time. It has now been 7 weeks and still counting. We will be contacting the company to cancel on Monday if they have not made more effort to deliver. Terra Universal does not live up to the statements that they have made here or in their website. Dont bother with your robot copy paste response that you have made here before. Make a difference.
