    Never contact them for flight booking. Must *** them for loss because of their wrong doing business and playing with customer money and not giving confirmation of paid air tickets till last hours. Totally mental torture and wasted time and making loss to me as I planned for my new business meeting. I booked my 2 air tickets, paid fully on July 29th but got response same day when I paid that PNR number or ticket number or confirmation of booking will be delivered ***** hrs before departure. This is totally mental torture. When called 20 hrs before departure and they informed that no confirmation. They cant play with our money and mesh up our business scheduled travel plan. Over the phone they are telling that different ticket we will try but will take another 2 hours to confirm. I dont understand why they are doing business like this. If not having proper access, reliable platform and efficient staff then how they have rights to do such ticketing business? This is not the game to play with majority of customers by using their advance money and not giving right away same day within ***** minutes confirmation of booking number. How they are calculating fare and assuming to have confirmation through airlines last day?. Expedia or Travelocity or Hotwire all are in same business and never had such is***s. I also researched review of your company and one recent review last June 2023. That guy also have same is***. Means these guys have taken liberty to play with customer money and in future misuse our card information without giving confirmed ticket ?? Who is their director or person who runs this type of business ? I am going to *** then for all loss and mental torture for 1 million dollar now.If they have your legal department then I like to have their email and like to *** for all loss I have it due to all their bogus practices and playing with customer money and time.
