This company simply failed to take care of what their single job was to do. That is complete a rescore for mortgage company. My mortgage lender I chose to use utilized Informative research to run credit and supposedly do rapid rescores. Rescores typically take 2-3 days as most companies understand times of the essence, however this informative research took 5+ days to get the job complete and then not only did they wait 2 days to review mortgage company orders they also refused to to accept creditors receipt that clearly SOLD the debt to another company even if the original company name, original account number, original balance, and new paid off balance. They also begin to do unauthorized hard pulls that they could not explain as to why or who did the deed. My poor lender had to basically pull teeth to get things done and unfortunately they delayed one final rescore needed to close our deal so long we ended up going past our closing date and sellers walked away and we lost a few thousand bucks. Do not ever use this company if you want progress, accuracy, or quality.Business Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Informative Research (IR). We are sorry that you did not receive the results you were expecting from the rescore process.
As a reseller of bureau services, IR must comply with bureau flow down guidelines in connection with the rapid rescore process.
A rapid rescore typically takes 3-5 days to complete, although the exact timeframe will depend on each unique situation. Time frame can also be affected by the time of the day requests are submitted to the as they operate on Eastern Standard Time.
Please keep in mind that score simulation reports that diagnose which actions may increase a your score are estimates only. It is not possible to predict credit changes with 100% accuracy because different lenders use different scoring models to calculate credit scores.
Unfortunately, the documents submitted for your rescore were deemed not acceptable as they did not meet bureau criteria for the following reasons: documents were: 1. form a third party, 2. had missing information such as account numbers, dates, etc. 3. indicated "payment subject to bank clearance". The request was failed at the ** part of the process. Your lender was advised of what was needed for the documents to be accepted and successfully processed.
IR follows and will continue to follow all bureau guidelines in connection with the rescore process. All our lender clients are fully aware of the re-score process, time frames, and document requirements to ensure successful rescore transactions.
As far as the additional pulls, these were done by the lender as part of the process after a rescore. ** DOES NOT pull credit on any consumer for any reason.
We are really sorry that you went past your closing date and that the sellers walked away. We can assure you that this was not a delay in IR's side as the process was followed exactly as dictated by the credit bureaus.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, this is inaccurate information, all receipts had all necessary required information on it. In fact for my husband I went directly to the bureau and inquired about this and they not only assured me that I count indeed use the receipts I was given but also took them from me and removed the debt while we were still battling your company to accept it.
also we have emails regarding the several different credit pulls between our lenders and management proving that IR indeed pulled our scores without permission and they agreed to do a internal check to determine what happened. So yes you all may follow rules but definitely not rules of bureaus. The scores increased way more than the estimator gave so thats not the issue. The issue is your companies slow process. Luckily my issues has gone to the CEO of the **************** and they will be offering services through another company for their clients as this was purely unacceptable and will cause them to lose business if they continue to move forward with companies with such low quality. Luckily I am not the only one who has said this and the company sees firsthand.

Again, Informative Research must follow guidelines issued by the credit bureaus in connection with acceptable documentation for the rescore process. The documents provided were deemed not acceptable for the reasons previously provided. Also, as a CRA, Informative Research DOES NOT pull credit reports on any consumer for any reason. All credit pulls done via our system are initiated by our lender clients.
All the reports pulled through are system were originated by the following New American Funding employees.

Informative research did not pay to my employer the committed contract value. As a result, past inquiries are coming through to the monitoring agencies as new. Equifax is actively working to resolve erroneous alerting issues and has confirmed that credit has not been pulled through IR's credit system.
