    Also, beginning December of 2022, I left an abusive relationship causing one person on the lease to move out. I explained what was going on to management and they seemed compassionate to assist. I was a little behind on rent for ******* and February but quickly caught up. They only allow me to pay by cashiers check, so I always drop rent off in their drop box. In March of 2023, they started putting 3 day notices on my door to pay rent or be evicted on the second of the month! This continued for a few months. It was also in March when the property manager, ***********************************, called my abusive ex partner who had moved out but was still legally on the lease, and when he asked why she was putting notices and being mean to me, ******** asked arent we trying to push ****** out? June 2, I purchased my cashiers check for $2500, and dropped it off in the drop box after hours. I received an automated email the next day saying dont forget to pay rent but I assumed since I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon, they would adjust it come Monday morning. That was the only communication about rent I had received until June 19 when I received another 3 day notice by email only. I replied that I had dropped off rent and they asked for my bank statement. I sent it and reached out 3 more times before I got a response saying they will repost the notice since it was only emailed and I had until 6/27 to pay rent or face eviction. I went to my bank to cancel the cashiers check, which they voided, but since its a cashiers check the funds cant be released back into my account for 90 days. I tried explaining this to them with no luck. They had lost my check and were trying to make me come up with the money again, when I live alone and pay rent alone.I have emailed 3 times since the 23rd asking for a payment plan for July rent and how they can fix that they lost June rent. No reply.

    Scammers ************************ owns the places they rent . When requesting maintenance they put you on the back burner and you will maybe get your issues fixed within a year. In an event of an emergency they will attempt to bully you and double charge you and your insurance. Also they will attempt to make ridiculous charges during move out that is basic move out procedures. This business prays on its renters and attempts to drain your wallet in the end result. If youre renting with them I highly advise having a lawyer in your back pocket because you will need them! Please do not rent with these horrible people you will save yourself a lot of money in the long run. Management has no idea what they are doing and they openly admit to it while attempting to steal your money. They are hoping you do not know laws or seek information in order to retain any and all deposits. This business should be shut down !
