1 starSCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!With most online orders, a purchase order review page is shown so one can confirm the price, shipping, and card. Not this time.This "company" does not give the buyer this opportunity. They immediately process your card. If you try to immediately cancel the order, that is not possible because they have already processed it. They are faster than Amazon!Then the nightmare begins. Good luck in getting a refund as fast as they took your money. They say they will "immediately" refund 50% and the balance when you return the product. After repeated calls, I was told "immediately" is 3 - 9 business days. The confirmation email will take 48 to 72 hours. I am still waiting for mine.They then block your email address. My name is *********************. I ordered one bottle of Ketologenics ACV Gummies that came with a free one. When the bottles arrived the gummies were melted into one glob in each bottle and came with two bottles of *************** which I did not order. These last two bottles have a higher price. Vital Ketogenic tried to increase the order to over $200. When I called to complain, the agent said they would only return 50 percent of the charge. I called the bank and stopped the charge. There seems to be no physical address for Vital Ketogenic and when you call you get a person in the orient who can take a message. The best I could find is that the product is shipped from ************, **. Be aware and do not order from Vital Ketogenic or from Ketologenic.Vital Ketogenic

Ordered a sample bottle which was *****. Next thing I notice is that no invoice was sent to me they charged me 299.98$ so I cancelled. I was told that the cancell was complete but the credit union could not stop payment cause it was already processed ************ never cancelled that order. It was mailed five days after I cancelled. Which it was refused and returned. Still have photos of return. The company says they never got the return **** says different. Company does not exist according to my postmaster where I live. That company should have to pay all of us back. But no one knows where they are. Big scam I really never even ordered anything but the sample bottle and they sent me plenty of bottle and charged me for themVital Ketogenic

SCAM!!!!! I ordered a trial order and they have continually sent monthly shipments and continue to charge me. How can this be advertised on Shark Tank! Everytime I call or email and try to cancel nothing happens. The phone number first sent me to a rewards center telling me I won a $100 gift. I told them I don't want the gift and please transfer me to an agent who can cancel the account. They refused and said I must accept the reward. It is a disgrace that this company can scam so many people out of their money. I am now going to have to cancel my credit card.Vital Ketogenic

1 starScam! I placed an order and in the advertisement. It said you get four bottles for the price of two, This is not true when you get your bill you are charged for all four bottles, which is obviously double the amount you agreed upon. Also, when trying to return the product, because it doesn't even work, they ignore you until it is past the 30 days to refund the item. And then they send you an email saying the 30 days is over and they cannot refund your money. I called the person I talked to barely spoke English and could care less about what I was saying, fraud. 1 starThis is a SCAM, I ordered a 1 month trial for $59.99 (which is what they advertised for). Now they are sending a monthly bill and bottles of the **** I did not order for $239.99.I called a number (which is printed on the bottle) and non working, I called the phone number listed on the billing statement.Spoke to a person, which ended up being in ***************, was informed they were a 3rd party and could NOT DO ANYTHING. 1 starSCAM!!! Do not order from this company. They are a total rip off. You have 30days to return but they will not respond to phone calls or emails until after the 30 days. They automatically sign you up for a subscription (I made sure I did not click the box for the subscription) Then to get a refund on the 2nd order they want to charge a restocking fee of $10.00 per bottle plus you have to pay for shipping. Want let you talk to a supervisor, the people you talk with is probably in Idia, (hard to understand). TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!Review fromNancy H

1 starThis company has deceitful advertising tactics making you think you are spending $55.99 when they really charge you over $300.00. Then when you try to cancel the same day its already gone for shipping. Then a month later after tracking confirming your return package was received try to charge you $10.00 a bottle restocking fee. 1 starTheir ad said $39.99 plus shipping and handling to try their product. My card was immediately charged $239.99!!! I called the next day to cancel the order, and the customer service person said the product was already shipped, which was a lie. He attempted to offer to lower the price down and to refund me $60, which I declined as I wanted a full refund. When I still had not received the product 10 days later, I called again and the customer service person said the product was being shipped that very afternoon. Seven days later (I am two states away) I received the product. I called the customer service line for a third time, indicated I wanted to return the product unopened. I requested a mailing address and after trying to get me to accept their product at a reduced price, he finally provided a mailing address and an RMA number. I have to pay to ship the product back to them and likely will be charged a restocking fee. Disappointed in the entire experience with Vital Ketogenics.Review fromGinger L

1 starI placed an order anticipating to pay the advertised special price. Unbeknownst to me, my account was charged $59.99 and then also immediately charged $239.99. I just received my credit statement and saw all the charges. I had just wanted to try one bottle, but received 6, with 2 additional detox supplements. I tried to cancel the entire order immediately after ordering because it indicated that I had inadvertently also purchased a detox supplement. Apparently, if you dont uncheck the detox supplement add-on, it becomes part of the order. But, after much run around with a lot of confusion they told me to keep the add-ons and they would refund $18 towards them. In the confusion I agreed, even though I had tried to cancel the entire order immediately after pushing the order button. Then they sent me an email receipt stating see the total summary of charges below. There was no cost summary on the email. Then when I received my credit card statement, they had charged my card twice with the above stated costs. I am disputing all the costs with my credit card company. I hope they can resolve this for me. This company definitely scammed me!!!
