    On 6/8/2024 I ordered 3 items from Wicked Temptations totaling $56.80. I used a cc through Pay Pal and a $50 gift card I was given for Christmas. Gift card claim code: M1ZPP-L65FJ-SK048. After realizing the items had not been shipped in an appropriate time I sent an email. I received a response on 6/17/24 telling me none of the items were in stock. They offered to cancel the order and refund me. I received a cancellation confirmation the next day, 6/18/24 informing me a refund would be processed in 2-10 business days. I inquired again on 7/2/24 and 7/4/24 about my refund. I was contacted on 7/11/24 and told they would reach out to accounting. That is the last communication I have received from them, I have contacted them directly 3 times since. The website is now not working. There was never a phone number that was valid, all my communication was through email. I filed a complaint with ******* and did receive the $6.80 back on my card from Pay Pal. I would like my GC reactivated or the money for it returned to the person who purchased it. The gift card was purchased on 12/14/2023 by ******* ******** using a MC. The order number for the purchase is **********. I have emails documenting all communication, including the original gift card purchase.

    I purchased a piece of clothing from this company and paid for it in February 2024 and never received it. They did email me in March or April 2024 and informed me the manufacturer did not have it send this item and did I want to keep waiting or cancel and get a refund. I chose to cancel and get a refund. They offered but never refunded my money. I have emailed them over and over and over continuously asking them to please respond and to honor their refund that they offered, but to no avail. Once in a while hey would respond with an email stating they would check into it, but never ever did never responded either by mail or email. All I want is either the product or the refund.     On March 6 2024 We ordered 2 dresses from Wicked Temptations and was charged ***** with 6-10 day shipping. Time went on with no word from them. I sent an email on April 15th inquiring on this order and on April 15th, I received word that they will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. I sent another email on May 16th stated we still haven't seen or heard anything and they gave me the option to cancel or substitute if I want. We still wanted what we ordered and neither item showed out of stock on their website, so we let it ride longer. On July 7th we gave up and asked for a full refund and since these items are still showing available on the website maybe I'm owed interest. I didn't think of it at the time to ask, but at least the shipping charges. On July 10th. They sent an email confirming the cancelation and saying a refund would show up in 2-10 business days. Sept 4th I sent an email saying that I never received a refund and didn't receive any more answers from them. Today Oct 4, I was going to try again and now the old number goes to a ******** site and the website doesn't come up anymore. I'm not a negative person and I feel that I was very patient and now I feel that I am owed a refund, and it looks like I need to file a complaint to get it.

    I purchased 3 items from this site back on June 26, 2024, (order #**********) first item shipped on July 8 after sending them an email looking for an update. On July ******* a second item was shipped. I have now waited 6 weeks since the second item was shipped and over 2 months from original order and have not received the third item. I have emailed them 6 times within the last 10 days, requesting an update, with the order number and item number including item description and have not received a reply. They are ignoring my emails. There is no phone number on website to contact them and when I do a ****** search, all numbers that come up are either disconnected or do not belong to them.

    I order a few items and was sent only one and the other two where left unfulfilled. I have contacted them with this issue and have not received an answer.

    I placed an order a month ago and two of the items I purchased were on back order so I asked them to ship the item that they did have in stock. They promised to refund the money for the other two items within 2-10 business days. Its been ********************************************

    On 12/20/2023, I purchased multiple items from wicked temptations. Over the next few months, they were able to partially deliver my order. I emailed the company about the missing items, and I was notified that they would be unable to fulfill my order due to supplier availability. I requested a refund for the remainder of the items, and was assured that the refund would be completed in 10 business days. I waited the required time, but received no refund. When I contacted them again, I was told they would reach out to accounting. It has now been over a month, and I still havent received my refund.

    I purchased a few items from this site. I was told the items were on backorder. I waited a month and nothing ever shipped out. At that point I asked for a refund , I was told I would receive the refund within **** business days. That was over a month ago. They are ignoring my emails now and not communicating. Never received the product or my money back.

    I ordered two items September 16th, 2023 and the items never shipped. When I reached out to customer care and I was told one of the items was not in stock but that wasnt stated when I purchased the item. I requested a refund on October 13th and waited 10 business days with no refund issued. *** contacted the customer care email several times during October and November and keep getting told the accounting department will issue my refund. No refunds have been issued to my account and I really would like that refund to go through. Wicked Temptations is a garbage company

    I noticed that my order # ********** was cancelled when I went in to the account to check on th status of this order.I received no notification of this cancellation so as to inform me that it was cancelled. Order date 10 15 2023 The purchase amount is $64.46 I called the customer service ************** and received a medical alert company so this might be a fraudulent phone number I emailed them about a refund but to no avail.I just want my refund to my M/C ending in ****
