    They k ow what parts go together. They know what looks good. That's about as far as DigitalStorms goes with knowing or even doing. My rig is now at a local pc repair shop because digital storms took me for over $5k for my rig and refuse to answer emails, read emails thoroughly to compose an answer when they decide they will reply, or warranty their equipment that's within the 3 year limit. TL;DR: Digital storm makes pretty computers that do not age well and have no intention of servicing them either. Save money, build your own. Save energy, buy from NOT DIGITAL STORM.

    Purchased a ** in August 2021. Received it several months later with overheating issues from first boot. RMA'd and dealt with tech support for over a year nothing has been solved that wasn't of my own doing replacing parts ETC. I paid $5k for water cooling and it overheats with the ** case window on. I build my own computers and the only reason I purchased was due to my inability to acquire parts at the time. I should've waited. This company take no accountability and blames any problem on shipping. Everyone deserves a refund.

    Purchased a computer from Digital Storm on June 29 I believe and got my ** around July 20 something so about a month wait but not bad with the current state of the ** market. most people giving 1-star reviews seem to either be upset because it took too long, or they treated their pc wrong. great customer service and amazing build quality paid $4000 for my build.
